The food came out relatively quick.
Got a few sliders and chicken strips.
The burger slider was blazing hot. The picture of the burger slider shows a large meat patty when, in reality, it’s a thin small patty. Fries were hot but too salty with their house seasoning.
Everything was hot.
We also tried the custard shakes. They were good. Customer service was good. No complaints. The restaurant looked clean.
My only complaint was the loud music in the restaurant. Seemed like they were playing a lot of rap and hip hop with inappropriate language. My kid noticed the inappropriate language in the music.
Also, the restaurant was very hot. It seemed like the AC was not set low enough to cool the restaurant. The front counter had an electric fan on for the front cash.
The prices are a little high in my opinion but the food was pretty good.

Service needs improvement. Might be short-staffed. There is hardly anyone ever in the front. Forgot our shakes had to wait about 5 mins the try and get someone’s attention from the back to fix. Also forgot the bbq sauce and new employee/manager walked in and noticed me waiting at the counter and got the bbq sauce for us. Not a bad place by far. Respectful clean and tasty. Just need more workers or more attention to the front.

Greeted immediately. Gentleman behind the counter was friendly, almost overly so (called me friend every time, gets old fast). Seems there were only two staff today (2 p.m. on a rainy Wednesday) so there was a slight delay between order & receipt of said order. Helped that the counter guy assisted the “behind the scenes” employee. Good customer service.
Food was fresh out the kitchen and thus good and hot.
Place is clean, well-lit. Need to work on the floors, sticky in both the restroom & dining area. Music is quieter than Southfield but still a bit too loud.

The gentleman at the window (i believe his name was carrington) went above and beyond when i went through drive thru tonight. when i pulled up to the window he greeted me and was very professional/kind but he noticed i had 2 kiddos in the backseat. he didn’t say it too loud (just in case lol) but asked if they would like a little ice cream. he brought 2 small cups with ice cream back for them while we waited. Absolutely made their night. occupied them while the food finished cooking and they couldn’t stop talking about how kind that was of that man at the window.
Because i drive past here every day on the way home and now my kids know there is delicious ice cream here. You likely just made your company a lot of money…….well-played.

Forgot I wanted the chicken strips and ordered sliders instead. Got one hamburger and one chicken slider. Was not very impressed with the hamburger slider. All the onion was piled in one place. The chicken slider was good but it consisted of only one medium sized piece of chicken. Tasted good though. They have my favorite kind of crinkle french fries with seasoning and those were very good. Overall. I enjoyed it. Even though I didn’t order what I should have, I’d give it a solid 4.

First time trying Savvy Sliders, well they’re ok. The bacon chicken ranch was nice and crispy, bacon had a nice sweet smoky taste, the fish slide was okay too, but the Savvy classic wasn’t what I was expecting. It was just a cheeseburger nothing special, I think White Castle has a better basic slider.

First off the reviews I saw ppl talking bout the music and heat I gotta say first time here eating Savvy the music was not as loud as ppl be saying The Manager actually fixed the AC so when I came in today it was nice inside cool wise. Manager was friendly and cool. First bite of my savvy classic was actually better than I expected. Lil patty was nice n juicy hot n fresh. The tenders with boom Savvy and honey mustard sauce out of the 3 sauces I gotta say The HONEY MUSTARD WITH THE TENDERS HIT HEAVY SON Savvy sauce reminds me of a Texas smoked sauce wit a Lil sweetness to it not bad. Boom sauce decent but the honey mustard is fuegooo the Big Signature slider double pattie tasted good grilled onions and had mushrooms and I dont really like mushrooms like that but not bad at all the fry chicken slider i added honey mustard to it fuegooo overall the place cleanliness is 5star very clean even the bathroom only thing no tp i noticed but I did tell him he took care of it but luckily I aint have to drop a combo if u know what im saying food overall I enjoyed it better than what I thought I was. Cajun fries were decent. Could have been a Lil more crispy but that’s nit picking. pricing aint bad but can add up how u order n all but I spent $27 and was happy with all the food I got. So trucker OsO rates this spot of Savvy Sliders 5Stars O$OCertified. Will recommend good job.

The menu was not limited…they had fish and chicken sliders…the store was clean very neat…small area for dining in but very clean…food was seasoned just right…the fries we fried crispy with seasoning…the shake was very tasty and had marshmallows and whip cream…well worth the price not too pricey.

This place has really come in clutch at times. Its open later than other locations and the food is solid over all. My only criticism is its a bit more pricey per portion than other burger joints but the speed and the hours make up for it. The chicken is good quality, and ialways get the big sig slider with cajun fries, slaps hard. Ordering online i recomend going in if you can, the drink options are limited online and are better at the counter walk up fountain.

Tried to call no answer I want a refund. My daughter and her friend had grab food there after track meet and being rerouted due to Trump being at the college.
Im waiting on her to get home with the food and i get this. Im tired of places doing this charge all this money and then rip people off. There aren’t in tenders. Ive had them before at another location and this is ridiculous. An this not the first te this location done this. Last time my daughter got hers they was tiny. Im furious!
