I wanted a build your own pizza. Cashier marked it as Bronx pie minus a couple of ingredients. But he didn’t factor in removing two more ingredients- they were not what we wanted on our build your own pizza. So much fun picking out mushrooms and onions, ugh. The pizza itself isn’t that great. And it was a BOGO. We don’t really want the second pizza. And cookies were stiff, stale, and had a weird aftertaste. Truly disappointing. They are nice people but please PAY attention to my order!

I came in at 7:45pm right before they closed at 8 pm. I was still greeted very warmly. The cashier was very attentive, the selection in the window had a variety of pizza. This was My first time eating from this restaurant and the taste was as good as any other pizza I’ve had before. I was surprised at that after reading the box saying the dough didn’t have sugar, or no corn syrup, and no oil added. The bathroom was clean. There were tables inside and outside as well to eat at.

The canzone was amazing. My only complaint was all the drinks in the drinks machine weren’t available, and I had to get a flat orange soda. My oods loved their pepperoni pizza as well.

We have been to this Flippin location a few times as it’s close to us. We usually buy a whole pepperoni pie but once we got an additional cheese as we were having a few folks over. Being from NYC, this is the closest that I have found thus far to a New York style slice (it’s missing the river of orange grease that I love…dont judge). The crust is thin and crisp just like New York style and has that New York’s style flavor combination of cheese and sauce. The staff is friendly and I have consistently had great customer service. We always get takeout and our pizza has always been ready on time. The inside is relatively small with a few tables (definitely not a spot for a large group). This has become our go-to pizza spot and I highly recommend.

I had a really bad experience at Flippin’ Pizza. The pizza wasn’t good, and the chicken was terrible too. I even got sick afterward. When I went in, I noticed bugs on the cookie , which was disgusting and made me worry about cleanliness.
When I called to report what happened, the manager yelled at me and acted like I was lying. I brought the pizza back, and he didn’t apologize, offer a refund, or try to fix anything. He completely ignored me, and my kids didn’t even get to eat dinner that night because of it.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Between the bad food, poor service, and lack of respect from the manager, I won’t ever be going back — and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Decent price for two slices and a drink but honestly their Pizza can be better because clearly I’ve been served some old piece of that it just reheat in the oven cuz I’m chewing so much with this pizza like my jaw hurts and it’s not even that good. Definitely will not be returning

Jaden is the man! The chef too, my first time here and they were very friendly & knowledgeable of the menu too.
Found my dinner spot on Mondays & Tuesdays (BOGO). Definitely will be back, thanks Flippin Pizza!

The closest thing to New York City pizza you will find in Rockville/Bethesda! It’s crispy, it’s thin, it doesn’t collapse on you! It’s not too cheesy, not too saucy! All of the ingredients are top notch and believe me when I say the crust is tasty.

The pizza here has been consistently good over the years, and the staff are always friendly.
It’s definitely a small, tight place, so if boisterous crowds aren’t your preference, maybe try avoiding WJ’s lunch breaks and dismissal.

The pizza was just average. Nothing grand to brag about. The service from the team working there was amazing!!
