First time visiting Spice hut. Definitely will not be our last time. Staff were really nice explained everything to us. We ordered 2 chicken wraps and a spicy chicken burger meal. The food was really tasty and fresh. You cold tell just by looking at the salad. You could tell this was fresh and maintained. The kitchen areas were really clean even though they was really busy, hence the 5 star food raring that was on the door. I forgot to add that for the price you pay the portions were big .

I’ve ordered create your own 12″ pizza, toppings were Chicken tikka, tomato slices, green pepper, onion and jalapeño. I am very disappointed to say this there was no chicken tikka , only thing I could see was crispy chicken crumbles which isn’t considered as Chicken tikka ,barely any jalapenos. Rest was okay but I am very disappointed about the chicken tikka. I feel like I wasted my £12, it wasn’t worth eating crispy chicken crumbles. I’ve had pizzas from spice hut before like 2 years ago and I never had any complaints to me they were like one of the best for Desi style pizza flavours but after today I will never buy from spice hut.

This was always our favourite go to pizza/kebab takeout when we didn’t want to cook. Unfortunately after the last 3/4 times we are now looking for a new favourite. Food started coming colder and colder each time. The time before last the order never showed up and we had to call to find out if it was coming and the last time the pizza had to be warmed in the oven. A shame because the guys are always nice but it’s time to find somewhere new.

Waited an hour and a half for delivery and had to reject it as food was cold, driver told he would sort it out, had then to ring to find out what was happening to be told the driver said i didn’t want the order. My response was of course i want the food but want it hot not stone cold, a second order then arrived 20ish minutes later and the food was very good. Think some attention to detail is needed with regards to the delivery side of things.

Placed an order online, we waited half hour and made a call to see how long our food was going to be, to be told they had our money but don’t know our order. We are then told a further 20 minuets, we call again after half hours waiting to be told the driver is on the way, another 15 minuets pass still not had our food, by this time its 10pm. When we finally got our food, the order was incorrect, chicken was burned and garlic bread was like rubber and chips were reheated chips, we called for a refund on the incorrect food, he told us no we will replace it, we didn’t want a replacement as it was already so late, he then went on to rudely tell us we should have ordered earlier, 20 past 8 seems early enough to me. We had really poor service from this place and terrible food and to not give a refund for poor incorrect food is beyond me. Never again will we be ordering from here again, as this is not the only time we have had bad service and food from here. I really advise you to go elsewhere.
