The staff was nice. The location was clean. The presentation of the food was the good. The best part of the meal was the jerk chicken. It was cleaned and jerk well and the jerk for neutral to make the favors of the jerk take over. The fried rice, I was not a fan off. There was a taste in it that couldn’t figure out what was throwing me off. The jerk mac & cheese was cold and I had just left the location. After fixing that, it had a melt taste but the cream in this pie was somewhat bland and runny. I am 50/50 with visiting again because the jerk was at my expectation. The feeling in my stomach is not great with minor burning. I did not use any sauce so I can align the natural recipes used. You will have to be your own judge with visiting. I encourage others to visit. You might just like the fried rice better than me.

Definitely something different and worth trying. I’ve never had BBQ chicken like this. I can’t wait to try it again. I had the chicken with fries and garlic sauce. This is a walk-up location. You can order ahead and pick it up. There is nowhere to sit down and eat. We took our food down the street to McDonald’s; ordered some drinks there and ate our food upstairs.

Lamb cut thinly, tender and lean. Bbq chicken was flavorful, but maybe a little more seasoning. However, the sides are the main stars. Best Trini Macaroni Pie in Queens. Potato salad was delicious too. Fries are closer to McD’s shape and texture, which I really like. Quality Caribbean “street food” BBQ in NYC. 9/10

Down to earth Caribbean food found! I had Jerk lamb and bbq chicken are so juicy and tasty. You can taste the smoke of the meat that comes from fire! Real stuff. Side order like veggies and Mac and cheese are so freshly made. Service is great quick and friendly! I recommend everyone!

Since I can New York to love I never had a delicious bbq and I decided to give you guys a try yesterday and it was the best decision I ever made when it comes to food. Chicken was well seasoning! I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for years because the flavors have always been incredible. But lately, it feels like the quality has taken a serious dive. I usually order the lamb, and in the past, it was always tender, flavorful, and satisfying. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case.
The last two times I’ve ordered, I’ve been really disappointed. One time, I received mostly fatty pieces of lamb with barely any meat, which I mentioned to the guy at the window. I explained my concern, hoping they’d do better next time. But this time, it was even worse—almost nothing but bones with tiny scraps of meat clinging to them. For $25, it’s just not worth it anymore.
I miss how this place used to be—consistently amazing and worth every penny. Now, it feels like a gamble whether you’ll get a decent portion or just scraps. It’s so sad to see the quality drop like this because I used to recommend this spot to everyone. I really hope they take feedback seriously and return to the high standards they once had.

was referred to this restaurant by my banker and we got two meals barbecue chicken with jerk, Mac and chow mein jerk chicken with jerk mac & fried rice.. we did enjoy the chicken it was flavorful and juicy BUT the rice & jerk mac was a MISS! chow mein was okay. The guy who took our order was very friendly answering all my questions being that it was our first time and also gave us a free tasting of their chicken soup which was pretty enjoyable.
