I visit this DD weekly around midday. The place is clean and quiet and the stuff is friendly and smiling. I usually order the $5 Meal Deal and this is the only DD I visited where they make the hush browns in the toaster fresh in front of me. Other DDs, they have them already prepared and bagged and cold. I sometimes take a seat and lovely Savita will bring my order to my table!

So I ordered a corn muffin buttered. Idk how I ended up with a coffee cake muffin. They correct the mistake just for me to ge tot work and see this. Did they cut it with their fists?!

I have no clue what these employees at this location are thinking half the time, this Dunkin is like 2 minutes away from where I live and half the time I get a decent order where I get all my stuff but maybe 4 months in and they have been messing up quite frequently. Always missing stuff or they just lazily throw my donuts in a bag where they get all smushed. Today I ordered and was missing my mini bagels and my pretzel sliders usually come in a box… I got them in a bag all smashed and missing the bottom bun. I don’t know what’s going on but that many mess ups does not look good. Dunkin you need to hire new people at this location. (Picture below is shown exactly how I took it out)

I came here to get a ice matcha latte and some donut holes. And had very little of my drink while driving on the highway to my first stop. I deliver packages. Which is why I was in Long Island because I pick them up from there and travel all the way back to Brooklyn. As I was about 40mins into my highway trip I had 1hr and 2 min to drive. I noticed my drink smelled and tasted a little funny. After taking a few more sips I noticed that my drink was spoiled. My stomach started to feel funny and I had to pull over safely and throw up. I am currently 5months pregnant and I haven’t thrown up since I was 3months pregnant and that’s from morning sickness. This was about 1:30-1:40pm on the highway!. I had to stop at a deli to get water and I had the person behind the counter smell the drink to make sure I wasn’t exaggerating and they also said it was spoiled. Smells like spoiled milk. I called the store to let them and the lady denied that it was spoiled. I told her something could have happened to it during transport or maybe they aren’t cleaning what ever that used to make the drink properly. I also explained to her that I am pregnant and that this could have turnt out very bad for me if I didn’t notice it when I did. She offered to make a new one I said absolutely not due to the fact that I cannot trust whether or not their utensils/ facility is clean enough for me while being pregnant and because I won’t be back in Long Island anytime soon since I pick up packages for deliveries here and there. I’ve never had this issue with DD BEFORE and I’ve been to many I’m a loyal customer and I also use my app so I have plenty of proof of me going to many locations and never had an issue with my iced matcha latte ever !

I will be calling my bank for a refund because this is absurd and as a business owner myself I have would have never served this quality of a drink to someone. I had to throw away the whole drink. A waste of money and potentially can get me sick and my baby sick as well. The way the lady handled the complaint was un empathetic to my pregnancy and my complaint. Do better at this location.

Purchased 2 large iced coffees. Tasted them…they were super bitter as a result of old mixture used to make them, had spouse try…they spit it out. Immediately asked for refund with only 2 small sips taken. I was told I need to come back tomorrow for a refund. I guess the management only cares about taking money & not customer service. Do not use this location…

As expected. Coffee is good. Donuts are heavy and not fresh after 5pm. Food is, well, it’s a coffee place. Order food if nothing else is open. Crossaints are like blonde hockey pucks.

The staff are nice and I just wanted to get a doughnut for dessert but when I looked at them, there were flies all over the coffee donut and it just made me not wanna get anything. It was about like 15 little flies on them.

This place is a complete trash!!!
Horrible service
Completely filthy inside garbage on the floor and tables dirty.

I ordered a sandwich for my daughter, worker forgot (okay cool) I got it literally half wrapped that it all fell apart in the bag
The food still cold and bacon still raw.
I’m feeding my child and if I didn’t check before I left was gonna be money wasted. I showed him everything and somehow I’m the problem.
I swear if it wasn’t for laws in place I would have choose violence. The lack of respect in this establishment is crazy.
