Unfortunately, my family and I had a disappointing experience at Buckets Incredible Craveables. The food was pricey, and the quality was extremely poor. The hamburger barely tasted like meat, and the chicken nuggets were so unpleasant that none of us could finish them. For the price, we expected at least decent food, but that wasn’t the case.
If you’re visiting Great Wolf Lodge to enjoy the waterpark, I highly recommend bringing your own food or eating elsewhere. This place needs to seriously improve the quality of its menu before I would consider dining there again. Not worth the cost.

Overpriced. Was willing to deal with the prices because the guy yesterday had exceptional customer service. When we asked for drinks he told us we could either have them fill our drinks with the standard coke products or we could use the touch screen soda machine in the eating area. We chose to fill them ourselves because of all the “zero/no calorie” options.
Impressed with the short wait time and good service we received yesterday we decided to eat here again the following day. When we ordered our food, the girl taking our orders was telling us we were not allowed to use the touch screen soda machine unless we purchased the limited edition cups. After telling her I don’t drink sodas
And was wanting to get a powered zero she rudely told us that she will only tell.us once and that we cannot get refills. Our meal then took half an hour to come out. Not impressed.

$11.49 for a medium sized basket of chicken strips, literally one French fry. It took more than twenty minutes for this small order, and no other orders finished before ours. Thr chicken was tepid and not crispy, as if it were just sitting out on the counter without a heat lamp. I use this option to spend more time at the pool, but I felt like I wasted my time.

Ordered 2 of the angry Texan sandwiches & they were great. Delicious and convenient! The sandwich was so filling I didn’t even get thru half of my fries, & I’m not one to throw fries away. Took about 10 mins to get our food on a busy Monday (though it was off season, late September. Summertime might be more crazy). We knew it was going to be pricey but tbh it’s the same price You’d pay at someplace like Spring Creek for a bbq sandwich & fries & this was more food & tasted way better.
