Either the owner or whoever she is that works there she needs a class on courtesy. Shes so unprofessional grabs money out of customers hands than throws the change aggressively to the customer. If shes here I won’t be back. So unprofessional and rude! As I say why have a job that deals with customers if you’re gonna be ignorant and disrespectful? The other employees are NOT like this but she needs to learn how to treat customers!

The owner likes to fire those who does not deserve it. I have been going to Jimmy John’s for plenty of years. Spoke to several employees that work there right now and they had told me her manager “Vishal” fired her because of her attitude. Due to a sexual assault that occurred. How is she supposed to react to this? Very unacceptable. He wanted her to work with the guy who assaulted her the next day too. I won’t be coming back along with my fellow friends/family. No one wants to support this.

Jimmy johns has good subs with fresh ingredients and delicious bread. Their chips are tasty and all in all the food is good. Where they fall short is their employees are so cold and can’t seem to be bothered. This is at every jimmy John’s we have ever been to. So maybe it’s company policy. Can’t say we’ve ever seen a friendly employee. Also, they have no salt or pepper for you to put on your sandwich. I know they think they have the magic combination of spices, but everyone is different. Some of us want more salt and some more pepper. Why in the heck would you refuse to provide salt and pepper to your customers? Its not that expensive. Anyhow, bring your own spices and the food is pretty good once you get past the employees.

I absolutely love Jimmy John’s. And this location made a great sandwich, but the service was terrible. The person who look my order, James, was not very nice. There was a young man in line in front of me looking for his pickup order, and James was so rude! He acted like the poor man was stupid for not knowing where to pick up his food. Very rude and this encounter made the service very unwelcoming. As I went up to order, James did not even say hello or anything, and I was hesitant when ordering because I did not know if he was ready to take my order or what. I wish this location was more friendly.

I ordered a sandwich meat ring on a Saturday for a event I was going to. I picked it up from the store. When I arrived the order was not quit ready. The woman finished up the order. I took the box to the event and when my freinds started taking the sandwiches from the box, they started to fun me by sayings are we vegetarians now.We’ll, there was no meat on about 3 sandwiches. When I called the store he wanted to know did I order on which I did not. He wanted know if I requested no meat in which I did not. He eventually said to come in and he would make me the three small sandwiches.

I love this place. My favorite is the double roast beef. I always ask for lots of onions. Delicious, filling, and satisfying! A lot more tasty and healthy than any subway by a long shot!
I have to change my review for the service received today. I ordered 4 double roast beef (#10) with onions as usual, i was charged for #2 subs AND about $8 just for the cheese! My bill was almost $72 and i called and the person lied to me saying i ordered #2s which i said double roast beef with onions. The people working there seemed new and didn’t speak very good English thats probably why they misunderstood but i feel really ripped off for them lying to me and destroying my subs and charging me.
Its 99% bread and lettuce. I had 2 slices of roast beef! onions barely had flavor and was rubbery. Very disappointed and doubt i will return now.

Slowest service i have ever experienced at a JJ. All bags of potato chip expired a week ago but they are still serving. Never visit this JJ again!

I guess it was a sub. Bread on one had not been cooked while others were soggy. Ham,Perron I, salami, cheese very little of any meat and or cheese, lettuce and tomato was minimal. Small tomato cut in half. Lettuce was transparent. Enough. I will not return.

Food is always good and never have a problem with that but the delivery guy is rude. Came in to deliver our order at my office and left cussing to where he didn’t think I heard him. Plus he did not look professional and looked like he didn’t wash his hair in a month. Maybe I should rethink ordering from this location.

Love Jimmy Johns! Only thing I do not care for is the rewards program. It should go by sandwiches ordered or money spent, not individual orders. You’re better off making 4 separate orders.
