Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes just to get a soupy snowball that wasn’t stuffed and paid 13.50 for my boyfriend and I and it was horrible. More condensed milk than ice cream or actually nectar cream flavoring. Worst Brookes snow ball I’ve even had ruin my experience with y’all forever! Not even 15 minutes after leaving no way my jumbo should be this watery

We went to the Brooks off of St. Mary and I ordered an eight-count of beignets, got home and there was little to no powdered sugar on them. Total waste of time and money if I wanted plain dough, I could’ve gone to the donut shop. This isn’t the first time this has happened, which is exactly why I’m finally leaving a review.

My first visit to Brooke’s a few weeks ago was very good…ordered ice cream desserts…chantilly…..was out of th8s world. I could not wait to bring my elderly mom for this delicious treat. Well I just stopped and ordered our Chantilly treats. Highly disappointed….after I paid I was then told they were out of blueberries and blackberries and just had strawberries….which would have been ok….but these were not even close to what I had a few weeks ago….shirt on fruit….the strawberries were not cut up enough…and hardly zero Graham crackers……..today was a big zero.

Can’t judge the “atmosphere” bc the doors ARE ALWAYS LOCKED! It’s an inconvenience for the customers BUT IM SURE ITS CONVENIENT FOR THE EMPLOYEES it would be nice if they moved faster since they only have the drive thru available. The doors are closed and the drive thru line ARE ALWAYS LONG which tells me the entire staff can’t multi-task and it’s easier for them to JUST handle the window the snowballs aren’t that good at least down the street they have a line only bc there’s a drive thru available and they get the line out the way….these guys DONT and also the ONLY good employee is the guy that works there

I love this place I come almost every week. The BEST Roast Beef!!! It’s so tender, flavorful, and the perfect amount of gravy. I love how the pickles are cut into peices so there’s a pickle in every bite.
I would Drive all the way from New Orleans just to get some of their roast beef, definitely try it.
Their snowballs are top tier and the beignets are ALWAYS fresh.
10/10 would recommend this place!

I ordered a Granny Smith apple snowball, unaware that it included caramel, as the menu provided no description, and the cashier was unable to explain the item. When I raised my concern, the owner was rude, dismissive, and insisted that neither the menu nor staff needed to clarify menu items, placing the burden on me to know what I was ordering. I’m disappointed by the lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

I really wanted a roast beef poboy, but I have never had one from Brookes. I’ve been disappointed in other restaurants lately; they seem to have severely cut back on their roast beef while raising their prices. That said, I was extremely impressed with the one I just finished. Literally loaded with beef, and oh, it was glorious! It wasn’t as sloppy as some are, but it was so flavorful, that it didn’t need to be. It was like an explosion of flavor on my tongue. The pickles are chopped, not whole slices, which makes it better. You don’t have that slice of pickle come out onto your chin, leaving none on the poboy! Why has no one come up with this idea before? I ate a whole one by myself, and it was big. Is it obvious that I loved it? I was greeted warmly when I arrived, and the owner and employee were very friendly. I will definitely be returning to try other foods, but seriously, get yourself a roast beef poboy here!
