Me and the missus had a good experience at this location. The food (we both had some chicken and bacon creation and no appetizers or deserts) was hot on arrival and accurate as well. The server was friendly, prompt and seemed eager to fulfill our needs.
All in all you get what you pay for at this popular chain restaurant. This is our second satisfactory experience here.

There was a horrible smell as we step foot into the restaurant. Almost like raw sewage. It was not crowded at all for a Saturday night. Five employees were socializing in th front not paying attention or able to seat anyone. They didn’t seem to know how to do their job. The manager sat us. The manager cleared our dirty dishes. The manager did everything! The floors were dirty and sticky. Won’t go back for awhile!

The food and service were great. The only complaint: The floor was slippery all through the restaurant, as if it had been mopped with a greasy mop. That said, it’s still my favorite place to get a reasonably priced, good steak meal.

The food was great but the server was awful. She failed to get a draft list after asking twice for it and then brought the wrong beer. She didn’t know the menu at all. It took forever to get our order, and we were waiting on an appetizer for about a half hour. Once we finally got the appetizer, dinner came out immediately after. We felt rushed to eat and leave. The table next to us ordered a bottle of wine and she seemed to be unable to comprehend they wanted to drink the bottle at the table.

Restaurant was clean and our waiter was friendly and attentive. My pork porterhouse was cooked to perfection, it was juicy and flavorful. Others in my group thought their steaks were a bit dry however that could be because of the cooking choice.

After having two bad experiences in a row here, I’m just going to quit trying. The first time my steak was horrible. The quality was worse then what I would expect at Applebee’s. The second time, I ordered my steak medium but it came out very well done. Also, my baked potato was hard like it was only half cooked. I don’t think the food at outback justifies their prices in general but this location seems to be especially bad

The service is usually great here… Tonight was not. Service was extremely slow, the waiters were just kind of tossing stuff onto the tables because they were in such a hurry. The food was sub par as well, the fries were bland and my steakhouse quesadas were SUPER salty. Our bread was hard and not fresh. Needless to say, we won’t be back for a long while.

I have to say the coconut shrimp appetizer was great, and my Alice springs chicken was the best I’ve ever had there!! I would’ve rated this visit a 5 stars, but the hostess was so unbelievably rude, that we almost left. I’m sorry but working as a hostess is not a hard job by any means, and when you are rolling your eyes and acting put out to seat people, mumbling under your breath at the same time is a first for me lol if I wasn’t 7 months pregnant we would’ve never stayed

Well I liked the steak and mac and cheese but the waiter constantly messed up. She poured water into my Sprite, brung the wrong salad, and constantly had to say “sorry about that” Also very cramped seating and the sauteed mushrooms taste like raw mushrooms. Don’t come here with your family you will regret it
