Service is typically amazing at this location. Tonight was different there is an older lady that typically works in the evenings she was touching her phone with her gloves on and then handling my food which is a big no no. I’ve been in food service for 7 years and the germs that are on a cellphone screen is horrible. I asked her to change her gloves which she did but she seemed to have a major attitude about it. I will no longer go there when she is on shift. Also she wouldn’t even finish my transaction I had to reach over and grab my own receipt.

Worst customer service! On top of the rude exchange I had myself, the manager seemed to want to argue with the staff in front of a line of custmers. The environment is FAR from acceptable, the man in charge looked like he hadn’t showered in weeks, and they weren’t knowledgeable at all about the food or deals the have to offer. After a long day at the event center we just wanted to be treated with respect and have a bite to eat before our long drive.

Currently remodeling the store, but that doesnt justify how rude the lady making our food was. This was around 530 on Saturday, March 7th. As we walk in the Oregon at the counter runs to the back and the lady in front moves some dirty cardboard for us to stand on, doesn’t wash her hands, then proceeds to give me an insane amount of attitude the entire time. Short, abrupt responses. We hurry through our order since it feels like we’re ruining her day by being there. Then we get out to our car and start to eat and the food is just awful. Crunchy rice, dry meat and flavorless cheese. Probably the biggest waste of 50 dollars I’ve made all year.

I’d shied away from this location, worrying about parking accommodations in the past. However, it was not that hard to find a spot. The guys working there were great, and he let me know that I had TWO free entrees and let me use them both on my carry-out delivery, along with my chips promo. I walked out of there with two burritos and chips for $2.17. Good old Qdoba is hard to beat sometimes!

I went in for a ground beef burrito on 1/5. They made it wrong and wound up over-charging me for it as well. In addition, they refused to let me scan my rewards. I tried calling the store to try see if there was a way to resolve this but they hung up. I finally got through to someone and they were far from helpful. They were dismissive of the situation and made no attempt to try to resolve this. This has been by far the worst experience from this store.

I tried it for the first time on the evening of September 28th, 2025, at the recommendation of a friend. The food was delicious, and the parking lot was convenient, but I was dissatisfied with the attitude of the employee working that evening. She didn’t even ask what I needed, and she piled up my burrito before my order was even complete. Her expression was also very gloomy, and while I was eating at the table, she seemed to be talking to someone. She muttered and laughed to herself. If the employee had been a little more friendly, I think my meal would have been very satisfying, but that wasn’t the case, which was disappointing.

Amazing experience. Wonderful attitude from both people behind the counter. Seemed ready to do their job. A specific member, I think goes by “Gabby” was so sweet and her smile really made my experience. I don’t usually leave a review but she was so sweet and very attentive.

Guacamole was brown. Ingredients on the line were sparse. Employees said it because they were busy and didn’t have time to replace them, but the place was empty the entire time we were in there. Odd portions were given – not much meat, but a mountain of cheese. Not a good impression overall.
