Third time I come to this place and it’s never a disappointment. The food is excellent. I’m very picky when it comes to Peruvian food. The Papa a la Huancaina is the best I’ve ever had in any restaurant ever here in California. I don’t usually order this specific dish because it is always a disappointment. Not today! It was very good. My compliments to the chef. This place is definitely becoming a favorite spot for me. ❤️

I love Peruvian food, but good restaurants are far from where I live. I came across this place, which is halfway between my workplace and home. I decided to try it out, and I am thankful I did. This food was great. Everything tasted good, and the service was excellent. The only bad part (and the reason for 3 stars and not 5 stars) was that the menu had prices that did not reflect what I was charged. The server did not tell me, nor was there any sign anywhere, even on the menu that mentioned the price increase.
I assume and hope it is a price increase because if not, then I was overcharged just for eating there. I don’t mind the higher prices, but when you are not told and shown a different price on the menu, that is just not right.
Hopefully, if it is a price increase, if so update your menus! Or, at the very least, warn customers. I did not notice the overcharge until I returned to work. I took a picture of the menu and, by chance, noticed it. Other than that, this place is clean, the food is excellent and I would return but I’ll be asking about the prices for sure next time.
Update: Went again the next day and the food was consistent and great. But it looks like they just haven’t updated their menu prices as I was charged a different price again. They don’t seem to care or in a hurry to fix it so the 3 stars remain for that reason.

First if you have an hour lunch is not the right place, we went last Friday and they took 1 hour 45 min to give us the food at the end we have to take it to go. Once we arrived the waitress never acknowledge, the chef from inside the kitchen was the onw who told were to seat. Maybe 10 min after the waitress approached to our table to give us the menus and ask if we want something to drink. We asked for ceviche and to make it spicy, that came fast but no spicy at all. Our main dishes were tallarines verdes with milanesa and milanesa with rice and fries, one hour passed and no food in our tables, we asked the lady and she said sorry there is order over the phone and is only 1 cooked. We told her is been over an hour and she said “really an hour” yes 1:32pm I took a picture of the menu to remember the place, and she was oh let me tell the chef. About 10 min later she said is going to take 15min or 20 min more and is when we asked to make it to go.
Sadly after all this, my milanesa didnt have no flavor and the spicy green sauce taste they added parmesan cheese, which was different than the one we had in the table.

Place had great reviews so we decideed to stop and try it out.
Our waitress was friendly and helpful. We asked for mayo and they made it to order.
My dish pollo a la parilla with salad and papa a la huancaina was ok. Nothing impressive.
Milanesa de pollo was good but a bit dry.

First time there. I like the set up and decorations around the restaurant. Pretty clean and well maintained. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was good but nothing different from what I’ve had before. I will return to the restaurant if I am in the area again and try a different dish for sure!

Tonight was my second time here. I had to come back after the wonderful first experience I had here. The server is nothing but amazing and fun; his energy is what brought me back. The food is very delicious. We had the jalea de mariscos, chaufa de mariscos and of course, the lomo saltado. All very delicious we barely had any leftovers. Will bring all my friends here. Love the vibe and music here; it’s very welcoming. Definitely recommend !!

This was only my second time having Peruvian food. The first time I did not get Lomo Saltado which is a top Peruvian dish. It was delicious! Loved the flavor. The service was great even though the server was very busy. She took the time to answer a few questions for me about the food. Great dining experience! I am looking forward to going back for the mixto ceviche.
