I usually come late at night and the service is good but today 12/14/25 I came in close to 3 and was given terrible service. Older women short hair named Mary, she was extremely rude nit picked my order and then didn’t even give me my cup and got my order wrong. She kept talking to a different customer instead of doing her job and made the other people working with her do her part of the job. I wont be back until she’s gone because she is rude and blantly insults you over the way you order your food.

We stopped at the Wendy’s in Pickens tonight. We had several errands to run and decided to pick up something quick and easy, plus the hubs loves Wendy’s. We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and 2 chicken sandwiches (light mayo only), a bourbon bacon burger, pub fries and a medium fry, it was repeated back to us not once, but twice. Pull around and pay, the people working were clearly not interested in work but rather playing around, whatever they’re young I’m not annoyed yet. The car in front of us is waiting on food, we are then told to pull behind them to wait and 2 more car’s are forced to do the same. At 5 minutes waiting I’m still not annoyed, they’re busy, it happens, at the 17 minute mark I’m getting there, especially when they send a guy out to run food who just stares at the cars, tells us and the car in front of us he has to back in because “I have no clue who’s food I have”, he seemed new. He came back with 3 bags and handed it to us and did at least offer an apology for the wait. The annoyed button didn’t get hit until we get home and I see a pitiful bourbon bacon burger, (boy that photo staging did wonders for this burger) I guess crispy onions are just raw onions? Maybe 1 “crispy” onion, I will say the sauce I got all over my hand was tasty so kudos there, but the rest of the order, not even close… and I thought the pub fries came with beer cheese sauce (?) not just a big glob of poorly melted shredded cheese, granted a big glob. $22 order of food and the only thing truly correct, was the medium fry. Typically, I wouldn’t complain over a one-time fast food incident, (probably not even two) having worked as a waitress myself, I tend to be a smidge more understanding but this has been EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. why repeat the order back twice if you guys are really not paying attention or just don’t care seemed to be more the attitude in this particular incident. You’re one in a few fast food options in this town, can’t you at least pretend to care? C’mon Pickens Wendy’s, do better!

The RUDEST cashier (older woman with short hair working at 3 p.m. 10/4/25) I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I’ve never experienced someone who was so bothered to do the job she applied for, and is paid to do. On top of that, I was given the most sorry salad I’ve ever received, with items missing so that it wasn’t even really the same salad anymore.

I went through the drive thru. I’ve been here many times in the last 8 years. In the last few months it has gone downhill. They forgot multiple items on my order. When I went in to get the items it was as if I disturbed them. The girl running the front acted like she was lost. It seems the younger the manager is the worse the service is. Do better because I love Wendy’s.

Came in today 10/01/2025 around 11:28 am and placed my order in the on the app then went up to the counter to politely ask for my cup for my drink and was approached by the front of house cashier Mary where she said “you see that we are working on we have no one here right now” which was expressed with much attitude and contempt and seeming disdain for me asking for something simple like a cup i frequent this Wendy’s about every week or so this is no way to treat a very polite customer

Very good food. I only eat the patties (100 % pure beef) and they are the only ones that will sell me the meat without having to pay for the parts that I don’t eat. The large 4 oz patties are only $1.99. Their competition will not sell just the patties and if they do they still charge you for the entire burger whether you take the whole burger or not.

Came in to eat at pickens Wendy’s tonight and the two ladies who took our order were wonderful. Unfortunately while we were sitting and eating with our two young kids, two of the employees got into an argument in front of the customers and curse words were exchanged loudly. We love Wendys but it’s suppose to be a family oriented environment and tonight we did not feel that way.
