Super unorganized and inefficient. Folks got their food while being behind a million other cars still waiting on their orders. Not to mention the drive-thru itself is almost as much of a mess as the entrance to it. The chicken nuggets were good, but I don’t think they were worth the excruciating wait and the painful maneuvering of the miniature mobile order line.

I really hope this place opened yesterday. I don’t know what kind of system they were using, but it was the wrong one. Lines were long and slow (even the mobile order line), workers were together running and playing, carrying drinks under their arms… it was a mess! By the way, who designed the drive through? It’s a little weird. I think I’ll find another while on 77.

Was hesitant if New Phila could handle a busy Chick-fil-A, BUT you guys surpassed all my expectations, food was phenomenal, mobile line was quick, friendly staff that LIKED their job!!

Went for opening day and the place was packed as expected. Despite how long the line was and how busy the restaurant was, I got my food quickly and I enjoyed Chick Fil-A’s typically friendly service and delicious food!
