Was in town for the night. Place had good reviews on tictok. We enjoyed everything, had salmon platter (jerk) the jerk sauce was over my rice but the salmon wasn’t jerk but it was good and fresh, I would go back just for the rice, it was buttery & not dry. Also had oxtails, coco bread and some wings.

Garden City’s hidden gem. Good vibes, amazing, friendly and welcoming service and the food…..THE FOOD IS EVERYTHING. Perfectly cooked, Flavorful, good portions for the price. I had a small jerk with the rice and peas and green peas…..I came back the NEXT DAY. Tried the Curry Chicken…I think I’m gonna go through the whole menu . Must try for any foodie.

I’ve been to several Jamaican restaurants in the city. Black Diamond has the BEST Oxtail in the game. Very well season’d, FALLING OFF THE BONE. I hope their quality of food stays the same and nevr changes. I had the Oxtail with Rice & Beans w/ Mac and cheese… The Mac and cheese wasn’t anything to rave about, but everything else was Top notch. They have a nice size menu, so I WILL be going back to check the other dishes! #PEACE

Wonderful Jamaican food here..I had the curry goat, rice and Mac and cheese. A small filled me up but I should have gotten the medium because the goat was cooked perfectly seasoned! Will be back

Would rate an overall 2 or 3.5 bcuz PROPORTIONS ARE STINGY.. ordered a small oxtails w/rice and macnchz(8)why I get a SMALL SPOONFUL OF macnchz, a box OF RICE AND 3 oxtails
Mac n cheese WAS ALSO GOOD TOO
Oxtail gravy is wonderful, BUT MY OXTAILS got dry cuz ALL THE IN MY BOX SOAKED UP ANY JUICE bigger sizes have more SMALLER PIECES then big THIS WAS $15 btw.. feel like I paid for a box of rice
Just spoke to a “manager” otp to let her know my box is full of rice, she didn’t want to or try to help. Not sure if I’ll ever come back because I was thinking I would at least get half of BOTH of my sides. Based on pictures from other reviews, I’m still upset I only got a spoonful of Mac and box full of rice keep looking at my box cuz this what it look like after I ate all the Mac

Absolutely delicious food. Had oxtail goat and chicken. The jerk chicken is smokey juicy and perfectly seasoned. The oxtails and goat were melt in your mouth tender and expertly seasoned.

We had wings and chicken. Both were overcooked. My chicken was pretty much unbeatable. We had fries and mac n cheese as a side. Now those were awesome. The fries had good seasoning while the Mac was baked perfectly. Free refills on fountain drinks.
