Restaurant area dirty with pile of soaking wet rags in the corner. Older gentleman behind the counter was very rude. Vegetables behind the counter looked old and disgusting. They had some fresher tomatoes and lettuce behind the counter, but we’re still serving the old ones that looked like they’d been sitting out for days. The meats and cheeses were completely blocked from customer view, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they were old and nasty too.

This is the second time I go to this subway and the customer service is super bad. When you order online they have things in the menu and charge you extra for it and do not have it when you get there. The manager has no idea how to handle situations like this and all he says is ” is not my fault” really! If I could rate negative stars, I would.

Food is good service is bad. They did not have new cheesy garlic bread saturday at 11:10. Got marinara in italian and cheese steak wrap. No complaints on the food. But soda machine has no CO2 (gas) told to the cashier and he answered that the machine was the way it must because nobody has complaint yet. I offered taste it but he did not accepted that something wrong with the machine until another employee went and puch bottom and told him ” yes it doesn’t have gas we must call mohamed”
