My wife and I walked in Empire wings & met Joe and his staff; they were able to get me and my wife in and out. I ordered Sweet heat & spicy honey bbq mix, which Joe suggested . The food was hot and fresh, and the flavor was delicious. Oh & we got the VJ fries too! A Banger. To top it off, we got the biscoff surprise for dessert. We will def be back to the empire of Sherwood. We drove from Nola to taste the great empire wings.

Understaff they don’t take people in consideration they ignore people this is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been the food is amazing however if you got your staff to communicate with your customers things would go a lot smoother and if they took DoorDash more seriously the orders wouldn’t Be at these type of ratings. No don’t give me wrong some days it’s excellent service but that’s hardly never all I’m saying is it needs to be cleaner staff needs to be friendlier and it needs to be taken serious if they don’t want the job they should have not taken it keeping a clean environment makes people want to come fast service makes people want to come this is ridiculous having to sit here 30 minutes every time

I was serviced tonight by Joe on Sherwood Forest. I felt very welcomed and valued when I entered the store. He explained that they had $0.60 wings tonight and we took advantage of the special. The food was prompt fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back. Joe is an exceptional employee.
