We ordered two one toppings from here with extra garlic sauce. Both the pepperoni and the sausage were great. It was delivered promptly and the driver was very friendly. They arrived hot and fresh! Great pizza.

We usually don’t order from Papa John’s because of price. I usually order from Pizza Hut with one of their online specials. I saw the 50% Off deal and loaded up a pizza and the price was fair.
Order tracker was helpful. Pizza made it through the process in a timely manner and was ready as shown. At pickup the shop was clean and the workers were busy making pizzas. My pizza came right out of the oven…got boxed and then was in my hands.
I forgot to take pictures. The Works with extra cheese was flavorful and toppings were generous. We will order again when we want a pizza and see value. The Papa John’s is closer to our house than any other pizza place…it’d be good to order more often.

This pizza is better than all the other ones. Like Little caesars, i had to wait an hr while i was out of town, plus 10 mins extra which is ridicious. And Pizza hut i waited 20 mins because they are short staff, joking, laughing doing on their phones while not serving people, and not taking their jobs seriously. i order Papa johns just now with the Stuffed crust is absolute tasty, the workers are very friendly, kind hearted and treated with respect. This is my new place to go.

Last two carryouts tracker shows it’s ready. Same exact cashier (short young female short hair 6:05 pm 1/30/26) says coming out. I then watch it sit on the ready warmer for 10 minutes knowing it’s mine. She is all over the place. Giving wrong change etc just not front desk material. Confused. Twice now the older lady says oh here it is. Like groundhogs day last time. Now they are having to remake it. It’s chaos and no organization. Thanks to the older lady who both times now figures things out after the young girl paces covering her ears and just lost. The other lady is twice now solved the same issue for me by just looking. Thank you ma’am. You saved that and my last order last time exactly the same way.

This place used to be the best. The garlic is what draws me in the most. The customer service is not what it is. The kids they have laughing and playing when someone is trying to place an order is not what you expect when you are already hangry. Get it together.

Ordered pizza to the hospital on 11/24/23. Waited patiently in the lobby for 1.5 hours. Called the local store and was told that they had delivered the pizza to me. This was simply not true. I waited for calls and received none. I was trying to feed my guests with PapaJohns but they were unable to fill the ticket. Later I found out that the driver simply abandoned the pizzas on a table in a huge lobby without notifying us. More people who simply don’t care. If you can’t deliver pizzas properly, what is your next step in life.

Had 50$ bill to pay for my delivery order.. told lady taking my order. Delivery driver shows up and acts like we’re giving him counterfeit money. Starts to trip and states we’ve had a lot of counterfeit money. Like what does that got to do with me. Not a professional way to approach customers. Can’t make customer’s feel uncomfortable by paying for food with their hard earned money. Weird! Won’t order again I’ll take my cash elsewhere

Waiting way too long for my order which was supposed to be here almost a half hour ago. Not worth it, next time I will order from the hotel restaurant it can’t be worse than this.
I wanted to update this review. Pizza arrived at 10, cold. I suspect because of staffing issues they held my gluten free pizza until a 2nd order for regular pizza was done for the same location. You can’t do that with gluten free pizza- it loses its warmth really quickly. I complained to the restaurant and the manager apologized and did promise to make it right. I will give her credit, I was pretty mad and she was super nice.
