Great little spot to stop for a cheesesteak. Bun was toasted nicely, meat was tender and juicy, and the cheese had good flavor when mixed with the meat. High quality fries as well.

What a letdown I had really high hopes for this local establishment but the meal we had fell for short of our expectations.
The cheesesteak would have been excellent, except for the fact it was so salty it was in edible and I love my salt!
The clam chowder Had more than a few grains of sand the flavor was OK. The lobster roll was mediocre at best but we will end this review on a positive. The fresh cut french fries were excellent!

Sandwich was stacked! Got a cheesesteak, chicken cheesesteak, and fries with their cheese sauce. Everything was amazing. We got it all to go and it held up great once back at the house. Definitely putting this in our jersey rotation.

To be fair, others might quite justifiably give a higher rating. Unfortunately, I was back visiting from the West Coast and was looking for an authentic Philly style cheesesteak as I remembered from my youth. You know, a soft chewy Amorosa roll, lots of grilled onions, and oozing with cheese ala Pat’s or Geno’s at 9th & Passyunk. That’s not what they serve here. The roll is a sesame seeded, firmer bread, good steak but not quite thinly sliced enough, tasty, but not the Philly cheesesteak experience. Staff are nice and friendly and you might love what they serve, it just missed the mark for me and I only leave this review for other homesick former Philly residents.

I got cheesesteaks here twice this season. The first thing you notice about the cheesesteaks is they are loaded with tasty meat compared to others in the area. In the first cheesesteak there wasn’t enough cheese. In the second I got extra cheese which was decadent but really too much. I wish their standard offering had more cheese. The roll is a bit dense for my taste but others may like that.
The staff is super friendly.
We have also tried the Quincy’s lobster rolls and they were really good as well.
