Rude service and yelling to her coworker, no help for the first timers choice, feeling rushed if I didn’t give my money I would’ve cancel my order. food was okay nothing fancy. I just couldn’t enjoy after ordering because of her face gesture while she takes my order. plus price is not worth it. won’t be coming back.

My friend and I came in and ordered a small order of fries each. She ordered gravy on her fries as well. When we received our order we noticed that the fries are not the krinkle fries that is advertised on the window of the restaurant but we were going to try them anyway. I asked for ketchup and mayo and the cashier told me they dont have any mayo. I told her thats not true as I always get mayo from L & L at other locations, so she charged me for it and gave me a little cup full. My friend asked for mustard in which the cashier told her they dont have mustard. My friend did not argue with her about it, knowing that L & L has mustard but the cashier was very rude to us, on whatever we asked her. We tried the fries and I thought that we just ok but my friend did not like them at all and asked the cashier why we did not get the krinkly fries. The cashier stated very rudely that they were out of it thats why we got the other ones. After I at some of mine and my friends ate only 2 French fries we asked for a bag and the cashier then rolled her eyes at us when she gave us the bags. The service was crappie, she had no customer service at all. We will never go to that L & L again, because of how rude and mean she was towards us. She is an older Asian lady.

Think new owners. Food now sucks.
Bought Katsu curry, Mochiko chicken, and shrimp curry. All had no flavor. Shrimp curry looked watered down, only shrimp had flavor. Mochiko chicken tasted only like flour. I make mochiko chicken and mine tastes better than there’s big time. Same for the katsu curry. Bland like heck.

We ordered BbQ chicken, kalua pork cabbage, chicken katsu curry. Very generous portions, we ordered mini plates and we still got big portions, especially their chicken katsu curry. The place is enough for distancing but they currently not doing dine-in. Clean place, no public bathroom, fast and friendly service. Plenty parking. Wheechair friendly.

I normally just do take out at this location. The workers at the front are very nice and efficient, even if it gets busy! They give out a really good portion of food for their prices, especially the chicken katsu!

This L&L location is the worst I’ve ever been to. As a franchise this location does not meet the standards I’ve come to expect. Extremely dirty with dust and grime everywhere including the ceiling and floors. The food was not edible as it was undercooked. Customer service was inadequate and COVID signs everywhere even though the pandemic has been declared over by government officials.

this is one of the best L&L locations because they give a lot of food for the price.
tonight, I got some undercooked chicken :/ it was still pink. I’ve never had this issue before, and I come here quite often.
I think it’s just an isolated incident… I’ll come back again.

Rude!!! Woman at counter knows very little about customer service and Aloha spirit.
Extra sauce $1. If you want extra dollars you’re in the wrong business girl.
We know you wanna go home too, but come on have a little decency and respect for customers. Sure English is not your first language, but actions go a long way.
Posted hours show closing at 10PM. Woman turned off half the lights in the restaurant, took the condiments away, and she started noisily mopping and throwing stuff back behind counter. While wiping down tables she saved the straws and put them back in the straw dispenser. You have covid precaution signs all over your restaurant but recycle straws…hm okay? Our family and another family were in the middle of dinner and kicked out at 9:20PM. If you open up and run a restaurant, at least do your job and treat people like people.
