I love the atmosphere here, it’s old school and has tons of character. I had a dish, solo, so not sure about all the food options but I enjoyed the vegetarian curry. It was a big, natural meal for a fair/good price. Definitely worth a visit if you like a rustic/character restaurant! Friendly staff, too! And fun classical music playing:)

Got takeout and the meal was great! Singapore noodles, House chow mein, wor wonton soup, egg drop soup, cream cheese wonton. All above average.Server was nice enough to do curbside for me because I have trouble walking. Forgot to wish everyone Happy New Year!

This was a great place to eat. I got the egg drop soup and the general tso chicken. Not only was the food incredible, but the classical music and atmosphere was great. On top of that, the service was top notch and the owner checked multiple times if I was doing well. Will recommend!

This is a golden nugget in La Quinta! First of all great service. Food is great, with lots of flavor and perfectly seasoned. Try the plate with assorted appetizers, so good. The spare ribs are perfect. Today we tried chicken sweet and sour , and pork sweet and sour. Very good. The batter they fry the chicken in have a great flavor and are very crispy.
Restaurant could get some love, but you go here for the food. We are coming back and I can definitely recommend this Chinese restaurant.

The food is delicious, the restaurant is nice, but the portions are on the smaller side compared to other Chinese restaurants. Pricing is not really aligned with portion size. However, I would absolutely still go here because the food is delicious compared to others I’ve had.

I used to love going to this place years ago and was a regular there.
Unfortunately, this place has done Nothing but disappoint me lately. This is the second time I ordered lunch and it seems Like the portion sizes are decreasing each time. The chicken pad Thai had only three small pieces of chicken. It was also half the size of the previous time I ordered.
I double checked My last order to ensure I didn’t receive a half portion by accident, but no, they are just decreasing their sizes and charging more.
I also asked for it to be customized to my liking, and those instructions were not followed.
I was left hungry an hour later, Which says a lot because I eat really small portions for all my meals.
Hopefully, they can improve on this so I can go back but until then I’m not wasting my money

This could possibly be the best sesame chicken I’ve ever had. The other dishes were excellent as well. The server was very friendly and attentive. Dont sleep on this one. Get in there and try it out.

The COVID pandemic has not been kind to this location. Their small footprint makes for a packed in location, so social distancing is tough.
Even waiting for takeout is a chore. No patio, so that is not an option. This is a little storefront restaurant, buried in a shopping center that is just about dead, that offers really good food at a really reasonable price. It is small, maybe 20 or so tables, but the staff is always friendly and attentive, and overall the experience out strips the location. You can almost always get a table, they do a great deal of their business in take-out.
We love their Lo Mein, and it can be had for less than $10. Recently took some friends their and we all had something different and all were happy with their meal. A real treat is the Honey Walnut Shrimp. A hearty serving of shrimp in a rich honey and mustard sauce with just enough sweet and just enough bite to satisfy.
It’s small and it’s friendly, and the food is good. No mixed drinks, the wine and beer offering are limited.
