Actually the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. They locked the doors at like 6:45 and were freaking out like they were so busy. And they used some of the worst language that I’ve ever heard in a restaurant. With a lobby full of customers by the way. They used derogatory words against wemon and pretty much every bad word except the N word. They weren’t quiet about it eaither. It was 3 guys and it was terrible. I also waiting for my food for almost 20 minutes just for them to not give me my drink. So I walked up to the counter and they could not bother to give me attention and help the costumer. Please hire your employees more carefully. One of them was talking about how he just enjoyed cussing the costumer in the drive thru out. Terrible service

The tall guy working there was great. He was very helpful to not only us, but I saw him help a confused gentleman navigate the order screen who clearly was confused. We confidently left without counting items in our bag. Found that 2 of the pricier items were not in the bag. Very disappointing.

We went here after work to get a quick dinner for our kids, got in line with about 3 cars between us and the speaker to order. As drive thrus work, we were quickly blocked in. We waited over 30 minutes to have our order taken by AI, then over an additional 30 minutes to receive our food. When we got to the window after a couple minutes we were told that there were only two cooks working (while still accepting door dash orders and neglecting in person patrons) and got a mid “sorry.” I called corporate to complain and request a refund and was told I needed to call the store and speak to a manager. I’ve called the store 4 days in a row now without the phone ever once being answered. By far the worst experience we’ve ever had. We live a couple blocks from this Taco Bell and will never be going back.

The workers here are very disrespectful towards anyone waiting in the lobby, you can wait 30 minutes while they serve the drive thru and ignore you. I saw a man inside yesterday wait way to long for his order so he was upset, he demanded a refund and they would not give him his refund. That is illegal. I have come in here and walked out countless times , with customers following behind me walking out frustrated. I cannot believe in this day and age that we can be so disrespected in a business and have no recourse for the treatment.

Tommy in the drive thru was a very nice young man. He made sure we had everything we needed and asked if we needed anything else. Our order and service was perfect. We often have missing items at other places. He is an amazing worker.

We were traveling to Redding and wanted something quick as we were traveling through The Dalles. Quick is the keyword there. We dined in just because we had a long way to go and needed to stretch our legs. There were workers there, but no one seemed to think it was their job to be at the counter. One was finally elected and we thought we were on our way. They guy behind us got his order in a few minutes. We ordered 2 crunch wraps, a simple order. We waited about 9 minutes and had to ask, and they finally handed it to us. We don’t mind waiting if we get hot and meaty crunch wraps we expect from Taco Bell. It was received cold, and we most certainly did not get our money’s worth. It was very thin. There was a generous amount of sour cream, nacho cheese, lettuce with one or two diced tomatoes inside, and just a skid mark of the meat. That’s just stupid. We had to hit the road or we would have had them do it over: That is just unacceptable.

We paid $24.94 for dinner, the pizzas were made with ransit grease. I tried calling but it just rang and rang, no answer. Very disappointing. I fear others will get sick. We normally enjoy taco bell. It was on 6th street location.

These guys are truly funny. I tried to order cheesy steak chalupas through drive through and was told they’re discontinued but the way the guy said it sounded straight lazy and like a lie so I went home and door dashed them from the same location 5 minutes later
