I feel bad for the employee. Yes, employee, singular. There’s only one during dinner rush. Took 45mins to get a sandwich.
Management, hire more help. Really gonna have the one employee slave away for you? Subway corporation makes $17 billion annually. I don’t know how much the manager is making here, but change something. Or hire me to contact corporate.

Ugh I hate to do this, but this location is just so disappointing. It’s literally ALWAYS something. I’ve never had a smooth experience here. The workers are either not trained properly, or they are just careless. We ordered 2 flatbread footlongs……. And this is what we seen when we got home.

Junior deserves a raise and an extra pair of hands in there!
When we got there it was dinner time (6pm) and he was alone with multiple people in line and online orders piling up. To expect one man to do all that on his own is absurd… but he was at least doing it all with a smile on his face and great customer service.

The Amanda was serving me had an attitude
When I asked him to put the bread in the steamer again. Because the cheese didn’t melt at all. he took a big breath and said quietly this guy pissing me off and I asked him only 1 thing that is it

But last time I came there was a Mexican girl and she was so nice to me did not have an attitude like the guy that was a us citizen.

I do not recommend this location. The store was filthy. Windows and floors were awful. The person who helped me didn’t wash his hands after cashing out the customer before me. He touched his hair before putting on his gloves. They were out of onions. Fruit flies everywhere. Just overall, not good.

This is the most pitiful sandwich I have ever gotten from Subway. This flatbread is barely toasted, they barely put any meat, they didn’t add parm cheese or creamy sriracha. The workers there didn’t seem to care about their job or pay attention to detail whatsoever. Hands down DON’T recommend this subway store!!

Went in about 530 October 15, our subs, when we got home we’re soggy and bread was stiff. I spent 31 and I want my money back please and thank you.The phone number given is out of service too.

I came in and ordered the meal of the day sub. When I got to the end, they told me the total was double what it should be ($20+ instead of 9.99 for the footlong All American Club, the thursday MOD, which was posted on their sign). I complained, and they brought the price down to 13.

I specifically get the meal of the day for its price. If the prices have changed or the meal of the day is wrong, I should have been informed about it before I got to checkout.

Edit: One week later, the signs are still out of date and the employees don’t know the sub of the day. Will not be returning.

I normally respect the subway experience, the people working at this subway are unfortunately not “sandwich artists”. Bad sandwich, WAY too much mayo, fell apart in my hands, not cut properly. I could excuse all this except for that it was incredibly slow service. Probably took close to 15 minutes to make one sandwich. When you’re on a lunch break with a time crunch, this is just not acceptable.

The store doesn’t even have running AC or a fan to properly cool the building. As a customer this is unreasonable and it’s a INCREDIBLY dangerous temperature for employees to be forced to work in and a violation of local labor and safety laws. This information will be forwarded over to OSHA as well due to safety concerns for your employees
