Ordered pizza for my wife daughter and I. The boneless buffalo wings that they sent were completely raw. The bad part was before I noticed, I ate a piece without realizing it. As far as customer service, I got hung up on twice by an employee that goes by Marline when I asked to speak with their manager.

Second time I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut in the last month and my order was messed up both times the first time I was told a credit would be applied to my account and I could order through the app the next time and it would be automatically applied. Well, the next time was today and it was not automatically applied. Also, my order was messed up again so I called explained the situation and as I’m working out how I’m going to get my credit as well as the refund for the pizza they messed up this time. The person on the phone has the audacity to hurry me along because they are busy. It’s not my fault my pizza was messed up or that the last time my pizza, my pasta and my soda was incorrect. And you want to hurry me along because you’re busy? I was also informed credits. Don’t automatically apply when you order through the app. You have to call in AND they expire within 30 days. That’s so shady when it’s your fault. A consumer should be able to use their credit anytime they want. So buyer beware just get a refund don’t take a credit. It’s unfortunate because I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years, might just have to go back to Papa John’s. Do better.

Terrible. I loved the Pizza Hut next to my previous home. I’ve tried this one twice, last time was 6 months ago, so I thought I’d give it another try. Very disappointed. Ordered 3 pizzas (two original crust and one thin crust), an order of boneless wings, and cinnabons.
Order guesstimate for delivery was 30-45 minutes but it took about an hour and 15 min.
All 3 pizzas were overcooked, dry, and cold.
Wings were fine. I love the buffalo sauce.
The cinnabon was completely uncooked. Like rolled dough smothered in frosting.
What a waste of money.
I will never order from this location again.

I have years not buying pizza. And yesterday I stoped by this pizza place and Haley the cashiers girl helped me describing some items from the menu. And I ordered what she recommended me. An small personal pizza. Haley has full knowledge of the menu. I got what she recommendebd me. OMG I HAD AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Excellent service from her. Accidentally I dropped my soda bottle and I have physical problem in bending. Immediately she picked up the soda bottle for me. She gave me full attention and service.. thank you Haley.

I have been picking up from this location for about a year now and the pizza has always been made well and the staff super friendly. I’m always very happy with the amount of toppings albeit the boneless nuggets are underwhelming (but they were made well).

The young lady working the counter was very polite and gave me the impression she really cared about making my experience with the store a good one.
