Just moved here beginning of December. Not surprised to see that after 3 visits here there’s a 2.2 rating. Should be less, possibly in the negatives. 1st visit : ordered #1 combo no onions, med fry and a coke. Pulled up to window and watched the employee dump ice from another cup into my cup. Order comes with onions and some dried up old fries. 2nd visit : breakfast sausage mcmuffin w/egg hash brown add bacon. Dried up hash brown, no bacon in order. 3rd visit today 12/13/25 double quarter pounder with cheese and med fry 6pc nugget. No cheese on burger, dried out nuggets.
It’s like it never ends, get charged higher prices, McDonald’s employees lackluster attitude, can’t even get condiments with order even when you ask for it. It’s like there’s a rule that employees are to not give napkins or ketchup with any orders. How does corporate not care or pay attention to reviews?

A nice experience!
While staying at the Drury Inn down the road, we walked to this McDonalds location for dessert.
Very clean, floors freshly mopped. McFlurry desserts were great. Really no one in the dining area so it was very quiet, but nice. Service was nice and workers were friendly.
Would return!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. When I tell you I live less than 1 mile from this location but NEVER eat here, you know it’s bad. They ignored customers waiting inside at the counter, and only tend to the drive thru, but yet, somehow everything still takes forever and is usually wrong. The pop is flat…?! First McDonald’s I’ve seen mess up a sprite. They’re notoriously crispy…. but anyways, avoid at all costs. Once they forgot to put cheese on my sandwich, and handed me a separate piece of cheese in a nugget box instead of … Just remaking my sandwich. Should’ve never went back after that, but i’m lazy. Westport/Goose Creek & Lagrange are so much better.

It seems like every morning for breakfast they are either rude or they move you forward to the last pick up window and leave you there for 5-10 min. And that’s with just ordering one sausage egg McMuffin. Only go here close it’s close to home and maybe one day they will provide ok service. Not even looking for food anymore.

Unfortunately, this location has been consistently disappointing. Our orders are almost never correct, and when something is missing or wrong, it’s very difficult to resolve due to a significant language barrier. Trying to explain issues becomes frustrating instead of helpful.
On top of that, the workers are extremely rude and the drive through wait times are extremely long, even when it isn’t busy. We’ve given this location multiple chances, but the experience doesn’t improve. Very frustrating overall.

They have never gotten my order right, even when it’s the most basic order.
Every time I go here I check my bag, and without fail have to explain to the limited English speaking employee that it is not correct. They usually have to get a manager and I have to explain several more times before they ask me to pull up and wait. Then I usually wait an additional 5 minutes for a very basic order. I empathize with the staff, as it’s clear there is a language barrier. But this is not working.

This McDonald’s is trash and they don’t serve people fast. I bought an ice cream and some fries, and they weren’t hurrying at all. I had to wait 15 minutes, and after that I had to ask about my fries and my ice cream, and they said they didn’t even have my order. And the self-order kiosk doesn’t give a receipt, and that’s been happening for a while now.

I have felt invisible on multiple visits but they are the only option in this area. Customers are not a priority and management doesn’t care either (they were sitting right there this time including the owner). Also, feedback page doesn’t work so can’t give you the details. If this is the best you can do, close the store. Will not visit again.

Over twenty minutes for 2 diet cokes and one hash brown.
Nobody even spoke to you when they handed you the food.No eye contact… Simply not a word…

They have overcharged me twice now. First time they overcharged AND gave me the wrong meal. This time they said they could do nothing about it because it was already charged and barely understood what I said. also they used my discount code and told me after charging my card it doesn’t count towards the grinch fries so that coupon was wasted!
Not the biggest deal either but I asked for no onions or pickles and they didn’t take either off!
