The place is very small, but the customer service and delivery are even worse. They need to get advice or training from other businesses on how to treat customers properly.
First, they lie about the delivery time. I do not recommend using their delivery service. Even for pickup, the wait time is very long.

The place is small but has a great taste, very authentic Ecuadorian cusine, the service needs a upgrade, they give you a time and then add 20 minutes to it do dont go there if you are in a rush or short on time… had the BOLON de verde mixto, its a ball made from green plantain, mashed mixed with cheese and chicharron, super delicious, large portion, and a HUMITA which is made with shredded corn and some cheese.. slightly sweet and the cheese counters it veing a little bit salty.. very delicious

I’ve been ordering for pickup here for years now, and I’ve never been disappointed. One time, I ordered a large order for a small party, and everyone loved it! The food is so flavorful. It’s a great place to order dinner for your family because they have family-size portions, good prices, and quality food. I always come back. Please don’t change!

Worst customer service I encountered at this place. My wife ordered food to pick up for a party, and they called back, arguing when do we come to pick up the food, disrespect to my wife over the phone, rude and disrespectful individual…still my wife confirmed the pickup. We got there, and the owner said he had throwaway the food. How can a “business” still be open acting this way and not honoring a customer order… The BBB of Hackensack should take this into consideration and take proper measurements.
