Me and my husband went in yesterday and ordered food, the gentleman working there was very rude, He told my husband he talked to much and constantly rolled his eyes as my husband spoke, Not only that but I found two flies in my wrap and wasn’t able to get help being that it got busy and he was the on employee there and I didn’t want any more rudeness from this man.. I feel like I wasted my money on food I couldn’t eat because there were flies in my food. This store definitely needs to do better.

Owner believes only one person is necessary to clean up and close restaurant while waiting on customers. Young lady was pleasant and professional but she was definitely stressed and overworked. Sandwich was custom made and she was attentive to health concerns.

Stopped in with my dad to get lunch. Sandwich artist was demanding with our order and was rude at the register, arguing about drink sizes. Unprovoked. This has happened multiple times. Also, my online order BMT had honey mustard instead of regular. I don’t know who orders/likes honey mustard with salami and pepperoni, but let me tell you, it changes the vibe of the sandwich. This subway location does not have it together.

This location has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY since Jennifer the store manager left, This store is disgusting and the employees have turned very rude. I was getting 2 sandwiches today they were the same after making the first one he informed me that he is out of roast beef and was very rude when I asked if he could sub another meat. When it was time for vegetables. The lettuce was turning and the tomatoes tasted old. And they were also out of Bell peppers I won’t be going to this location again possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at subway.

It’s a great shop and clean. Hali she is so sweet and helpful. The other lady I don’t know what her name was, she wasn’t wearing a name tag, guessing the manager. She was rude. Had a big order took it in drop it off, she says she can’t take paper from me. I said we’ll can you write it down it’s a big order. She says I can’t have paper back here, with a clip board of paper setting on the counter. So she was very rude.

Just picked up a late dinner for the family and had really awesome service here. Even though our server was by himself and visibly very busy, he did not cut corners with making our sandwiches! And the best part was he was super pleasant. Thank you Scott!!

I keep getting emails for BOGO but the website won’t allow me to enter the promo code. I go into the store and explain, and the lady just keeps shrugging her shoulders and offers zero assistance. I called the number on the door to speak with a manager – twice. Haven’t received a call back. No wonder Subway is struggling.

This place has always been clean and cool when I have come to eat so that’s a big plus for me. The workers are nice and definitely know how to make a good sandwich with good size portions (which is even a bigger plus). Would recommend this Subway to everybody.

Placed an order through the app and had two sandwiches delivered from this location. One was the completely wrong sandwich and the other was just made poorly. I tried calling the store to let them know and get at least a partial refund but nobody will answer the phone.
This isn’t the first problem I’ve had with this location but I figured I would give them a second chance. Never again. I contacted corporate and am waiting to hear back from them.
