Employees and service was great. The restaurant itself is very hot! They should not have their employees working in this heat while indoors. This has happened both times I’ve been here and both times they claim it happened the week before. Fix their AC Subway

Bread is ok, but inconsistent. They are saving lots of money by not providing bags, so plan to order no more than 2 items. Tomatoes are green and tasteless. Distribution is horrible. If you want to eat a mouthful of mayo followed by a mouthful of bread, then a mouthful of lettuce, then this is the place for you. Technically all the stuff was on the sandwich, but it was made in a way that sends a clear message that they do not care. No one would ever make a sandwich like this if they expected to eat it themselves.

Subway is Subway, but I recently went to this one and had to write a review on the man that served me and my girlfriend. The guy at the front, Ben, gave us absolutely amazing service, attitude, and just made the experience Overall, great. I’ll reiterate, that this is a subway. This location is horribly understaffed. Every time Ive come in over the last year they’ve had one single person working the front of the store. This means that lines mover terribly slowly and you’ll be waiting 20+ minutes if there are even 3 people in front of you.
Because they’re understaffed, food prep doesn’t get done and they’re constantly out of basic ingredients. Last time I was in, I ordered 3 different sandwiches and they were out of ingredients for all 3. I ended up walking out.
Management needs to get serious about staffing. Currently, they’re poor management choices negatively impact the customer experience.
