If I could rate 0 stars for this place. I would. Today will be the last time I patronize this subway. They are always just rude but today the owner was way beyond rude and needs customer service training. I placed an online order for a footlong subway club, with provolone cheese, left a comment to make sure they gave me extra Pickles, banana peppers and Olives, with vingerette dressing on the side. Gets my sandwich, the extra toppings wasn’t there, no cheese and no vingerette dressing. Call the store a lady answers, I explain to her what was wrong with the sandwich, she then calls me a liar, which i was flabbergasted that i had to ask her did you just call me a liar, and she said yes I did. Then I’m like ma’am that is rude and I don’t have to lie. Instead of trying to rectified the situation she hangs up on me. I then go to subway, she comes out of the back area still being rude, not apologizing or trying to fix the situation. A worker fixed me another sandwich, however had to put him in his place because he asked me what size the sandwich was i said foot long he then says that it didnt look like it. Pulled the sandwich out the garbage to show him but didnt want to look, then the lady thought that a brought back just a half sandwich without checking still getting smart and then she tells me and my sister not to come back. Please dont patronize this subway. Theres always a problem. And they are the rudest workers ever. Come to find out the lady that answered the phone was the owner. She was so rude that the customer behind us left without placing her order.

We ordered online from this Subway on Mothers Day. When we arrived, the app said our order was ready but they had not yet started to work on it. We waited about 12 minutes for our food to be done. We were missing a drink, pointed it out and the manager at the counter was really accusatory and dismissive until one of his employees corrected him. The other employee was a sweetheart and offered excellent service. The food was good, and the restaurant was spacious and clean.

It’s a Indian lady that works there thinks she’s the owner I went in yesterday Thursday 10-9-2025 for the sub of the day asked to upgrade to a foot long she told me she’s only selling me a 6 inch and proceeded to only put 6 inch bread on the counter I repeated myself again no I want a foot long she proceeded to say again I’m not selling you a foot long I’m like the description says it’s a 3 dollar up charge so then she goes and grabs the foot long bread and said something slick in there language and slammed it down on the counter this kinda behavior at a place of business is crazy!

I had a coupon and their sign inside specified which sub you could purchase with the coupon but the guy behind the register said the coupon was no good. The expiration date is May 21, 2022, today is April 14, 2022. If I could give less than one star, I would. Never, ever again.
When I think about it… maybe I wasn’t supposed to eat food from this place… blessing received.

I have given this place a chance to redeem itself so many times but always leave disappointed in some way. All the staff are extremely stingy with everything. They always give me like 3-4 leaves of spinach on a footlong sandwich before I have to constantly ask for more. I have been occasionally going here for a couple years now and they have been continuously cheap with everything and will charge you extra at times for a normal amount of food.
At times I have seen cucumbers that are clearly too old to be used (their color is clear) but they have put them on my sandwich any way.
I took a friend with me the other day to get sandwiches and they could not even him make a cold cut sandwich correctly. A cold cut is typically three different meats that are supposed to be mixed/crossed over each other and instead they just put stacks of different meat on the sandwich. (Photo attached)
Depending on who you get, the staff’s attitude can range, but it has never been positive/acceptable. All of them are stingy with the food and some of them will give you an attitude if you ask for a little more.
Essentially, I would never ever recommend this specific subway to anybody and would advise you to avoid it at all costs.

Shockingly unprofessional service I experienced today. I placed a pickup order through DoorDash, yet when I arrived, they claimed they couldn’t see the order. I showed them the confirmation, and still, they made me wait half an hour because their system was apparently “not working properly.” Instead of apologizing, they were casually playing with cables trying to fix it, wasting my time like it meant nothing.
The worker had an attitude that was outright rude and mean. To add insult to injury, I ordered steak—what did I get? Chicken. It’s beyond incompetence.
To top it off, even after showing my order confirmation to her on the DoorDash app, she demanded to see my receipt before handing me the food. It left me feeling like the interaction was unnecessarily unjust. the whole situation left me feeling deeply uncomfortable. Never again will I set foot in this poorly managed, disorganized place. The staff are a disgrace, and the experience was nothing short of appalling. Never visiting again.

Went at 9:20, they have NO bread to choose from. . Couldn’t even place an order because they are closing when it’s not even time. Doesn’t make sense to people that get off at a late hour. Do better.
