I’m local and enjoy eating here but today I waited in line for a little longer than normal, so maybe they were busy but not slammed, I mean it’s fast food so they rely on quick turn around. While in line they forgot another customers item but they quickly gave it to them and said it was in the microwave. I didn’t think anything about it until I got my food and it was cold almost frozen in the middle and the bun was soggy…I did ask for a new sandwich which they got to me very quickly but it too was mush and cold. I left without eating and gave the sandwich back, they said they did microwave the sandwich. That’s a lot of money to spend for microwaved food.

When I first pulled up my husband and I thought that it was closed. All of the lights were off on the inside and the outside. This was right at an hour before closing. We pulled through the drive-thru anyway because their hours were listed open. We ordered our food and they had us pull around because we did have an order for four people. They were quick to bring us our food out, maybe within 5 minutes. We checked our food everything was there but then after getting home we opened the fry bag and the fry cartons were barely half full. We had three medium amd one large fry and all together ended up with two small fries. I understand closing time is your end goal but come on at least fulfill my whole order. Look like you’re still active and quit being lazy. Did not get my monies worth. $60 for 2 small fries and 5 sandwiches. Shame on you.

my mom tried to go grab some food all the lights were on but nobody would answer the sign or the window it was around 830 pm. no reason they should be closed or not answering and if there is a valid reason they are “closed” they should have a sign up stating that. this happened before when we ordered doordash and my dasher got there, no body answering and I had to cancel my order. i just think thats a bit weird.

The steak bowl is fire. My husband loves the French dip and swiss. I love ringing the bell as I leave because service is always on point.

I haven’t eaten Arby’s in ages (and probably won’t again for ages). But the food was hot and the gals working the drive through were very friendly. Fries were great and I also really enjoyed the buffalo chicken sandwich. I had a good experience while passing through Cortez

Avoid this store. The wagyu burger here was the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life. It was tiny and had been cooked hours ( days?) before I arrived. There wasn’t an ounce of moisture in it. Saltine crackers are juicer than this burger. I took one bite and threw it away. I had fries for dinner that night.

Such a good feeling from my last visit, I had to come back. Thank you again, this place is as awesome as I remember.
It was good to see a smile today, and it came with an awesome meal.
Went to bury my favorite 4 legged family member this morning after a long sickness, truck broke down on the way back. No cell service to call for help, so I walked back to town. Stopped here for a break and decided to eat after getting welcomed. I’ll miss my pig, but I’ve found a new happy place. Thank you everyone!

I wanted to share my recent experience at this Arby’s location. It appears they are extremely restrictive with their Arby’s Sauce—only offering one packet per sandwich and limiting to two packets maximum, even when asked for more. According to the manager, this is a “corporate policy.”
However, I contacted Arby’s corporate office directly and was informed that no such policy exists. It’s likely this is a franchised location, and the sauce limitation is a decision made by ownership. Unfortunately, it leaves a negative impression, especially considering that Arby’s sauce is a key part of enjoying their classic roast beef sandwich.
If the franchise owner or management would like to discuss this further, they’re welcome to reach out—though I’m not expecting a follow-up.

What you expect from a good quality Arby’s: excellent food (had the double roast beef & cheese, crispy chicken, and of course curly fries). Manager and assistant manager and other staff were there. In between orders, assistant manager was mopping. Clean dining area and restrooms. Friendly atmosphere. There’s a reason why this place stands out among this town’s fastfood spots (see other Google Maps reviews).
