A Must-Visit for Mead Lovers
Emery’s Beer and Mead Works is doing something special. My wife and I dropped in for our weekly date and were floored by the quality. The Ghost Still mead is delicious, but the Magic w/o Instructions carbonated mead is a game-changer—easily a top-tier pour.
The staff is excellent and the food menu holds its own against the stellar drink list. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality, welcoming atmosphere.

Emery’s beer and mead works in liberty lake Washington has my favorite spicy burger at the moment. They have some incredible smash burgers on this menu and the fresh sheet is always banging buy the spicy smash on their main menu is my go too every chance im blessed with having lunch out here. Its spicy with the peppers and sauce but melds so well with the double smash patties slice of ham and cheese. Pairs very well with their perfectly cooked fries and their house fry sauce. But the show stopper is the Meadmosa’s , you can choose from their 4 carbonated meads and then their staff mixes it together with some really delicious pineapple juice. Its was a tremendous refreshing experience. I didn’t know i needed meadmosa in my life but the incredible staff at Emrys never disappoints 10/10 fat neck guy approved.

Spokane is somewhat of a smash burger desert so even finding one is a challenge. This place? NAILS IT in spades!! You can get anything from a single patty to a quad (four patty) burger! Me being I big boy, I went full send. My only regert is not ordering the cheese skirt for $2. I’ll do it on one of the many next times we’ll be there!! These came off the grill quickly and piping hot! These were probably 2-3 oz patties that were perfectly smashed with a beautiful crispy lace edge while still being juicy in the middle. Don’t know where the bun came from but it was beautifully soft & delicious. Fries, too were nicely seasoned and perfectly cooked!

Only two things I didn’t like-counter service. Yuck! How can you have a brewpub without table service? Won’t people buy more beer (and mead) if they’re on a tab? The other is their “rotating” NA beer. When I saw that, I was expecting a nice draft beer in a chilled glass. Nah, just a can of athletic ipa.

We went here for restaurant week. It was their first time participating, and I think they realized how crazy it gets. We had great food, and the owner is great, getting down in the trenches with his staff.

I had the truffle Smaaaash burger, and it was excellent. My husband had the pork sandwich, and it was really great as well. Loaded pork beer cheese fries, amazing, and the bread pudding so, so good.

We had dinner at Emrys on opening night, walked in with a party of 8 people and they graciously found us a table. The staff set up high chairs and crayons for our toddlers.

Across the board service and food was great. Their smash burgers are probably the best we’ve had in Spokane! We ordered A glass or two of nearly every beer or Mead on the list, everything was good. A couple were really great and can’t wait to go back and have more.

I highly recommend the pickle fries and floats. They have both non-alcoholic root beer floats and alcoholic floats with their beer. I forgot to grab a picture of the burger. Of note, the kids grilled cheese was a big hit with our boys!

Really excited to have this new restaurant as a staple in the community. It’s a great addition to Liberty Lake! Will be back soon

My husband and I had lunch here today and it was delicious! I had the corned beef smash and he had the Oktoberfest brat. We shared a house pretzel and I had a pint of Juicy Weekend mead that was refreshing and not too sweet. The pickle fries were the best I’ve ever had!

Great smash burgers, great mead! Even the fries are good. Their menu has been evolving, it started with amazing smash burgers but now that they’ve added some quality salads too there’s usually something on the menu that everybody can love with me.

I love their still meads, personally. I could drink their basis all day long. The staff is even better than the food, all great folks who will make sure you’re taken care of, and you can tell from the food, presentation and even the spirit of the house that they really care about their craft. I hope this place stays here forever!

Out house shopping for my mother in law and decided to give this place a try. Small menu but the food was really good. Great beer & mead selection. Service was fast & friendly. The keg blew out on my beer order so he gave me what came from that on the house while I picked out another beer. Super cool. Will definitely be back!

Most all of the food I’ve had is so good! Chopped chicken, loaded fries, smash mushroom burger, and the bread pudding are tasty. I love how the menu changes with the season and the fall salad with pears and feta (add grilled chicken) is bomb. But the star, in my humble opinion, is the grilled cheese. Perfectly grilled, with cheese on the outside too… Literally divine little cheese crisp basically! I would come here just for that. I’m taking pictures next time. Honestly, my only disappointment has been the pretzel bites. More like bread knots to me, less pretzely. Cheese and mustard are good though. The service has been very friendly. This is an order at the counter, food brought to you when ready.
