I am so so SO glad my wife and I stumbled onto Possum Pizza, hands down my favorite pizza joint! I cannot wait to go back!
Love the truck design, logo, & style!
We got:
-Large pizza with pepperoni’s and half jalapenos, spicey & delicious!
-Motz sticks! Yummy!
&! -Fried wings, with buffalo sauce on the side. (The best dank fried wings I’ve had!)
I struggled to remember to share! Whoops.
For real, though.. for two people, this was our early dinner and midnight snack; the food went a long way.

I was visiting town and was craving pizza so I had to visit this place. They only had large left but that didn’t stop me from ordering. Service was quick (but you can order ahead) and I was recommended the possum bites. The vegan ranch that came with it was soooo good. The pizza was perfect too. Crust was just right and the flavor was nothing like I have ever had before.
Going to miss this place the most in Austin since I don’t have vegan pizza of the caliber back home.

the food is delicious! I got the vegan mozz stix, their vegan cheezy bread, and the possum’ron (16’) and all were good! Only comment I have is that the flavors in the pizza was a bit too strong for me but I’ll be going here again to try their other pizza’s!

The crust is perfectly crispy without being greasy, the seitan pepperoni was spicy and the perfect texture. I loved the sauce too! Vegan cheese is never going to be just like dairy cheese, but to me, it was perfect.
The owner and I even talked about how possums are great.
We will definitely be back.

Vegan Junk Food Heaven! No lie this was amazing, I tried their Bac’n mac and cheeze pizza which was down right sinful . I also had a take at their “mozzarella” sticks 10/10 will order again

In the vegan food truck park on Cesar Chavez which is a favorite spot. Possum specifically does “trash” pizza: thin crust with inspired, creative signature pies like the bac-n Mac and the Philly cheese steak which are two of my favorites. They know their self-proclaimed trash food for sure! The Buffalo Cauli is such a win, spicy as it needs to be without being overwhelming with the cool ranch balancing it out. The foldable and thin slices are always a fun way to eat pizza. The cheezy bread is a nice sized 10″ and so yummy. The mozz stix were fantastic, but at $10 for only 4, it’s a little steep, but if you can spend it, get them! Get 3 orders! Great customer service as you would expect from Vegan Nom Food Park.

It’s in the same compound as the Vegan Nom and the ambience keeps you cool with all the heat. Loved how the person was knowledgeable and accommodated my dietary restrictions. I had a pizza without cheese since it contains potato starch and it still tasted good and was replaced with good quantity of kale and basil to compensate for the cheese.

Had the fried chk’n—was in need of a bit of salt, but that was nothing a little vegan ranch or hot sauce couldn’t handle. Made-to-order and out within 5-6 minutes. Highly-recommended for those who second guess vegan fried “chicken”! It’ll have you changing your tune.
