$47 for this cake , completely wrong. The design is different from the one I picked plus the color is wrong . The border is loose looks lazily made in a hurry. I ordered and paid for this cake a week in advance and this is what I picked up.

First of all accidents happen.
I was refunded my money without a problem and the girl was nice and showed concern about the situation.
The reason for this is unclear to me but it’s possible this happened due to hot weather or humidity.
I’ve visted this place before so it’s not my first time I stop by here.
This was however the first time this occurs.
It’s not like they did this intentionally but is still unacceptable especially when children eat stuff like this.
When you stop by this place (or any bakery), pay close attention for details such as these.

I ordered this $100 cake on Thursday and at first it was meant to say “Feliz cumpleaños Jesus”. Nothing wrong with that but I asked to change it the next day Friday to “Happy Birthday Pa”. Told me it was not a problem and that it will be good to go on Sunday. This is what I got.

Got free sample on 18th Street. Bread was good and carmelized goodies on top was good flavors…not too sweet. Reading old reviews hope their customer service got better as sweets are well made.

Me and my family are loyal customers for years but now they are changing they make less small tres leches cakes and than the worker put them away for the other persons it’s suppose to be come as serve and not separating the cakes for other people. They should make at least two or three extra small cakes cause their good and when there no especial occasion I can’t take the bigger one cause it’s going to the garbage that’s why I like getting the small one and also to take to my sister in law. Ultimately this year this bakery it’s loosing interest on clients also they used to put big images on the especial occasion cakes now it’s a small photo for big cake and for paying extra fo picture it’s not worth it this bakery its loosing clientele if they keep up they going to go broke . Unfortunately they do make good cakes but once you loose focus on the clientele and quality it’s just takes the business lower looking to find a similar bakery if any of the persons from here know of other good bakery let me know

It use to be a goof bakery now it’s going out of there splendid consumer quality they had . One of the employees started giving a bad attitude and saying she was the owner. They use to do my cakes great with full phot on 1/2 pan but today they disappointed me by giving me a plain cake with just the middle picture on it with nothing else than the plain white frosting and charging it’s not worth my $$ that I pay for . I used to love them in a very good client every year it’s where I used to get my cakes for every event flavor wise there ok

This place does NOT know how to be responsable for their mistakes. 4 times they have mess up my order. One occasion the cake was not ready on time, on a second occasion the filling did not have what we requested, on the third time the design look way off than what was requested bit they charged us more than $400 for it… today we requested something simply… a picture was suppose to be printed on the cake so they pretty much had not much to design on it, just to put a picture.. well now the machine is not working right.. which we can understand… the problem. Is they did not tell us that and decided to print the picture anyway with a bunch of lines all over it!!! They did not even apologize for it.. this is the last time I buy from this place.. The flavor is good but not worth the money when other places do put more effort on their designs and professionalism.

Best rosca I’ve ever had! (La mejor rosca!) Super fluffy and flavorful. I will be ordering here from now on. Ordered my rosca again from here and they do not disappoint. Just make sure to give your info correctly because when it’s pick up time multiple people will have the same name.
