I frequent this Subway in Maple Valley and receive consistently great service every time. The veggies are always super fresh, very clean, and the service was excellent. Kashem helped me and was incredibly polite and friendly, you can tell he really cares about the customers. Thank you for the great service!

Honestly this is the best subway I’ve ever been to. This family who owns this store are the kindest, most patient people on earth I think. If I could give them 100 stars I would. The father and son who work in here are always so incredibly kind to my son (who is a picky eater) and has gotten my son to try new things. They are so nice to him even driving by he asks to stop at subway and say hi to them. Honestly the best franchise owners of a store we’ve ever encountered. Not a single complaint!!

Best Subway experience i’ve had! My wife and I came in and got the beast foot long and a flat bread build your own and they were both DELICIOUS. The employee Kay made the beast so well and it was so much food! He was kind and attentive and put in the extra mile to help me with my order. Their cookies are incredible as well by the way. 10/10 subway

Worst experience ever with my kids. We went to eat. There was only one person working on Saturday. First we ordered four sandwich and he was so slow and did not write on each sandwich then he was lost. Secondly after eating, my kids started putting garbage away and I need to take two more sandwich to go… there was only one DoorDash to pick up and subway employee was not wearing name tag either. He told DoorDash person to grab drink himself rather than having delivery ready for him to pick up. I thought it was odd because I run my own businesses and I know what customers service should be. No one in the store, my kids were standing and I m ready to order two more sandwich to take it home, he told kids to go sit and not stand. I said why are you telling them we are ready to head out and no one is in the store. DoorDash guy also left. Employee was rude to us to begin with. Then he told my kids to push the chairs. In my life, I never heard restaurant employee telling anyone do that. It was enough for me. I told him that you been rude to us since beginning and I do not want to order sandwich to go. Your customers service is not good. This is how you should be running frachise. He lashed out in front of kids, saying he it store owner and yelling at us. I can’t believe how disrespectful he was. Omg what a weird person. If he was the owner, he would not have done this. Owners are always have good service. We were there on Saturday at 3:30. Please check your camera. If he is employee, he should get fired. Otherwise, he will get owner in trouble and store will be closed soon.

Very disappointed with my experience. When I order in-store, the subs are fine, but whenever I order online or through delivery apps, they put a very small quantity of fillings. It feels like you get much less than what you’re paying for. Not worth the money at all. I would not recommend ordering from this location online as the quality and portion size are very poor compared to in-person orders.

Food was delicious! When I was ordering, Kay knew the woman’s order who walked in and offered her to sit and he’d bring food to her because of an injury he knew she’d had and asked how she’s doing. Great customer service.

This is the worst Subway I’ve been to in all my years. Every time I’ve ordered a sandwich to pick up, it’s been wrong. Not wrong as in missing a vegetable, but missing a main ingredient.
Turkey Italiano: Turkey, Pepperoni, and Salami. Get it home and it’s missing BOTH pepperoni and salami.
Turkey Cali: Turkey and Avacado. Get it home and it’s missing Avacado.
Those are different orders in diff days.
This place is unreal in how poorly they’re run. The quality control is trash. I recommend driving across town to the other Subway near 4 corners. I reached out to Subway corporate twice on twitter and they’re looking into it. Avoid this place, maybe someone who cares about customer service and quality will buy it someday. Until then, go to a different Subway or Jimmy Johns.
