Placed delivery order online. Over an hour goes by and food still not delivered. Called store and they said we don’t have any drivers here but maybe someone can bring it to you in an hour. I would expect them to disclose this when order was placed or not accept delivery orders if they don’t have drivers on staff. Ill be going to jersey mikes from now on instead.

The drive through service USED to be great when the guy with all the tattoos worked it. Not sure if he is gone or not but whenever I go, it’s someone new who doesn’t know what they are doing. Went on Wednesday, there were 3 cars in front of me, was told “it’s going to be a 20-30min wait”
Tried again Thursday, same thing. 2 days in a row is odd. Also, lately they have been LACKING on ingredients. Hope you are craving bread when you go to this location now, because that’s all you get. A bread sandwich with mayo and a slice of cheese and slice of meat.

Horrible drive through service. There wasn’t one customer in the store and it took about 10 minutes to get my sandwich. So much for freaky fast.

Guy that took my order asked for more $$$ saying that I didn’t give him enough wich i did well I was gonna let that go just gave hom more what he asked for but I ordered 16”sub and he gave me 8” sub than arguing with me that I have asked for 6” sub. Even that I have payed for 16” sub.
I guess some people just have no skills to work with people and taking orders…..

I think they used the day old bread on accident. Kind of disappointing introduction to toasted sandwiches at Jimmy John’s. Also, the non-toasted version was rock hard bread.

I honestly only ever order delivery from JJ’s, so others experience may be different! I mean Jimmy John’s is known for being freaky fast and they always are. Yesterday, my husband was truly shocked at how fast it came, he was like “Is it really already here?” Haha! I always order through the app, and I make customizations to my sandwich – I’ve never had missing items, or anything made incorrectly! I have to give them 5 stars on that alone!! I would suggest them, at least for delivery 🙂

The manger of this location is very rude and unprofessional! Worst customer service! We have used them for larger orders (30 plain sandwiches) for our swim team and each time she complains that is it’s too much and they don’t know if they can make that many, unless I place the order 24hrs ahead of time. I have always placed the orders 5hrs or more ahead of time and that is clearly too much for her. Thankfully Jerseys Mikes was very kind and glady took care of our order with no complaints!!
