Our server was a young man who was new hire to Chili’s he was excellent always asking if we needed anything else my friend Carlos and I got the 3 for 10.99 the food was excellent hot and was hot. We had the tortilla soup excellent The limit time offered hamburgers with fries and lava cake .I was fine until I ate the lava cake then I was stuff .The service was fast great experience from our server to when we paid. Pleasurable time.Thanks Chili’s staff will definitely be back again and will tell my friends too.

Went here for Mother’s Day. The service wasn’t great. Had to ask a bunch of times for refills, missed items and assistance. The chips were from the bottom of the bag – all broken. The steak was well cooked and delicious. The broccoli was undercooked. The salmon and pasta were liked by family members. The cookie skillet was overcooked. I go to Chili’s at a different location which is great fairly regularly and I probably will not be returning to this Ramsey location.

Chili’s is my favorite restaurant and my recent experience only solidified this. Mistakes happen. I’ve worked in food service and hospitality for most of my adult life, but I reached out to Chili’s when I got home and had a minor mistake on my order. They quickly resolved the matter and reminded me of why I love Chili’s for both their food and service. I always have a great experience at this location and all the places I go. Jamie was so nice when I came in to place my next order and I just wanted to share my positive experience!

The chicken tastes and looks as if it was synthetic. I ordered a chilli grill chicken salad (I believe or name may be a little different). The salad looked as if they took two to three hands of lettuces out of a bag where it comes, threw it in the plate, then took a handful of chips, put it on top, then chicken marinated a little in some spicy sauce. Think of those large, light green colored looking romaine lettuce that come in those large clear large bags for restaurants. It was a lot of it on the plate, like no organization or thought put into it. I don’t like to complain or be over naggy, we need to be thankful for what we have but this wow. The salad didn’t have dressing and the lettuce looked a little old. It just felt like it was not restaurant quality salad. It was also a small piece of chicken, that again, looked synthetic. This was just disappointing experience. I tried to eat it all of it regardless and left the restaurant hungry. We spent $70 and felt it was not worth it. Chilli’s headquarters should fix their menu to provide restaurant-like food. Honestly!! Provide some quality food, like Applebee’s or Outback or something like that.

Had an awesome time Here with a couple of my friends. The hospitality from the staff especially the younger manager Jack was purely genuine and felt super welcoming. From there meal deals to there lively entertaining bartenders to the little details of the place being spotless I highly recommend ramsey Chillis .

I can’t express how much we were happy to find/visit this wonderful place. Customer Service is wonderful, focus on your needs, they go extra mile just make sure you have everything you need. We had birthday cake with us, asked if I can use their fridge while we are eating as the cake started melting . They were more than happy to assist. Could say just no, because it was coming something from outside. Clean spot. Warm Environment, Yummy/Healthy Food . What else you wish for your road trip!!! We stopped by with friends for lunch. Wish they had branch in NYC, could visit often.
