Placed an order on the drive thru screen i wanted a wrap the line worker tells me they are out of wraps that they can do it on a flat bread . I said ok . This is not the same flat bread I ve ordered before the bread taste like yeast my sandwich wasnt toasted and i did not get grilled chicken on my sandwich i got roasted shredded chicken that taste awful . I had only 1 half strip of bacon on my sandwich Not only that I m charged for a 12 in but I get a 6in . The screen says they have coke products but they have changed to Pepsi do better subway ! My husband orders an all American with no condiments and of course it has mayo caked all over it this are simple task that cant be performed but yet you ask for a tip ???

They would not let me use 2 coupons on 2 different orders because “cameras” are watching. I explained grandmother was in the van I can video chat with her she hurts when she walks. The lady replied I can’t do that your grandmother would have to come in to use coupon. Even doing it in two transactions i was told no….
I know the computer would’ve let them Used the two coupons in two different transactions they could’ve just did it but oh no we have cameras
Stupid
I even offered to drive mamaw closer to do so they could see her since they had the drive through shut down as well

EDIT: reduced my rating to 4 stars because they decided to stop accepting coupons.

I don’t understand why others thought the touch-screen menu in the drive-thru is difficult. The buttons are large and self-explanatory. I wish every fast food restaurant had this touch screen menu. I can customize the toppings easily, not only with which toppings I want, but also “less”, “regular”, or “more”. Also, I can actually see the names of each topping plus the names of each sauce so I actually know what all my options are. Also, if you get confused, you can just speak to the workers through the speaker and tell them what you want. The option to choose the amount of each topping saves the employees from having to guess how much you want. I can quickly get through this touch screen menu faster and more accurately than I can order in person.

Besides the touch screen, I love this subway. Food has always been great, employees pay attention, there are even electrical outlets inside with comfortable modern seating.

Ordered two sandwiches, foot longs, in the app. They cheated me on the meat and meatballs. . . Did not provide the amount stated on the receipt. Older white lady on January 10, 2026, appx. 2:30 PM. . . Sheesh.

That was the worst subway I’ve ever had. I ordered online. The sandwich was very soggy and fell apart. I’m not sure how it became soggy so fast because I ordered in the parking lot and drove to the pickup window 10-15 minutes later because it never said the order was ready on the app. I had to wait at the window for approximately 5 minutes. Watching an individual walk past before they stopped and asked if I had an online order. Maybe the individual was inside alone since there were 2 people out back on a smoke break. The churro tasted like old funky dough. It was a hard, chewy consistency. It was worse than the sandwiches. I should’ve ordered chips. Then, I would’ve had something edible in my order.

This Subway has always been less than good, you never know what you are going to get at this location. Don’t ever order on the app, they always cut back on all the ingredients because they know you are not watching them make your food. AND NOW THEY WANT TAKE YOUR COUPONS ANYMORE, HOW CRAZY IS THAT. Can’t wait for Jack’s to open. Ellisville needs something new, all of these other restaurants in town have all gotten bad. So do yourself a favor and don’t eat at this Subway, you will be glad that you skipped it.

Ordered through the app and found out they won’t accept coupons, which is a bummer. Got to the store and my sandwich was made with Sriracha instead of honey mustard so it was very spicy. My whole sandwich was falling apart, the bread was just broken everywhere and not cut all the way through. We were traveling so I couldn’t go back and get a remake or anything.

Only upsides were the store is clean and the workers actually put veggies on the sandwich instead of two slivers of lettuce.

Subway has a delightful atmosphere. The workers are very friendly and makes you feel like family when you enter the building. I love this Subway. They have a drive-thru so you don’t have to leave your car if you chose not to.

So this location was a first for me regarding Subway. We pulled up to it, it turns out it’s a drive-thru with a touch screen ordering system. In a way it is kind of innovative, but I would have really appreciated it if it gave us the option to have mayo along with the other advertised condiments. We got our food pretty fast…a little too fast. When we stopped to chow down, we noticed there was something off about our food. It was like our meat was freezer-burnt and the bread was really tight and stale. I don’t know how someone would provide old food like that, but I bought it and did not feel like going all the way back, so I still ate it since it was edible. This was an experience that I will remember and that is the first and last time I will ever go to this location for Subway.
