We deviated from our normal pizza place to try East Of Chicago and were not disappointed! The pizza was hot, tasty and the young lady working the pick up window was friendly, thanked me and told me have a great night. Awesome service and definitely gained a new regular customer!

In over 2 years of ordering pizza here for pickup, this was a huge disappointment. It was not ebven warm (I was 5 min late), it was not as ordered ( I subbed extra cheese for peppers, it came with long yellow peppers which we all removed) and sausage in place of pepperoni. I ordered Large, it eas medium.
We were starved so returning it was not an option (that and a 20 minute drive).
Past orders have, overall, been the best pizza locally. So disappointed. Had this been our first experience, we’d never go back.

The food is usually on point and the service is usually pretty quick. But this is definitely the worst meal I’ve ever received. Obviously there was a lot of turns in one direction…and I thought pizza came in a pizza box, not a styrofoam container Bummed!

Ordered from them tonight . Food was ice cold and whoever made the taco pizza did it wrong they put the lettuce on before they cooked it so the lettuce got cooked too. Usually the lettuce goes on after it’s cooked . Wasted 30 bucks

My fav pizza place, everytime im in town we come. But unfortunately, the last 3 times we have came we have had an issue. Forgotten food, incorrectly made food, and now dry and burnt food. Followed by a phone call by oh we gave you the wrong pizza. The lack of care when brought to someone attention is just mind blowing. No care to correct or make right or sincerely apologize. I imagine I will still order. But sadly not as often.

I have dealt with East of Chicago barberton for a couple of years. Unfortunately I’ve had to call them back because the food wasn’t correct that was delivered and again I had to do it today. Unfortunately the I don’t know a manager about said no longer taking my orders because I complain. So what, if it’s not right what we just accept it? In fact if they don’t take my orders that’s okay because the food isn’t that good and it’s fattening and not good for you I only use them for emergency issues. So that’s the review and that’s the truth. Yes they can’t take the truth.

I have never gotten poor service or poor quality food. My pizza is always cooked properly,chicken wings have plenty of sauce, salads and perfectly chilled. I have gone to almost every pizza place in town and I am never disappointed with the staff or with my order. Staff is always friendly and I’m greeted with a smile.
