If you want to pay for half a salad then go to this Subway. There was next to no lettuce in the salad at all! I think they put the toppings for a regular sandwich in a bowl and called it a salad. I’ve never gotten a half a bowl salad from any Other Subway or from any other restaurant! But of course the cost was full price.

Horrible! I only gave 1 star cause there was no option for 0 stars. Food never looks fresh, staff is not friendly or helpful, I quit going for sandwiches. They never have cookies. And when asked if they can make some cookies they say they can’t make any after 3 pm. Why? That ridiculous that you can’t even get food as they dont want to make anything. Lost customers, lost revenue, lost business, means store should be shut down. Management why would you allow your staff and store be a disgrace?

Well, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere, and my review history will show I am a fair reviewer. If you are the manager or owner of this place, I’d love to hear from you, because your staff need help.
This is what happened to me.
I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches through my app. One was a meatball sub. My teenaged daughter went to pick it up.
When my daughter got back I noticed that the doritos I ordered had not been included. So I wrote that off, because what’re you gonna do?
Then I noticed that the meatball sub was stone cold. Apparently their oven is broken? Okay, sometimes places have issues, and people have to work with what they have.
Here’s my problem: if the oven is broken and a customer orders a hot sandwich, why does no one pick up the phone to call that customer and ask if they want something different?
I called the store irate because my chips were missing and my sub was stone cold and could not be heated up at home because the lettuce it is covered in would make it gross.
The ‘shift leader’, instead of listening to what I was trying to say to her, told me to bring the sandwich back down to her and get something else. In fact, she said bring the sandwich back TOMORROW and they’ll give me another sandwich or a refund? I told her this is not about money! I used app points and a promo code, I don’t care about money.
She would not allow me to speak a full sentence to her without interrupting and arguing with me, telling me it’s not their fault that the oven is broken. She also then threw the rest of her colleagues under the bus saying SHE wasn’t there when the order was placed and so on. The only POINT I was trying to make was that if their stuff is broken such that they can’t fill an order correctly, they should CALL the customer and let them know in case that customer wants a substitute! But actually it’s not surprising that they did not think to do that since their ‘leader’ does not even know how to listen to a customer, much less how to speak to one.
I pointed out that the customer service was horrible, whereupon the shift leader interrupted me again to assure me that her customer service is the BEST and hung up on me.
I beg to differ. Bad food, worse service. Will avoid in future.

The Mgr should not be the Mgr, cuz I told him, BLT, on wheat toasted, foot long, plus cheese, & he put only bacon & cheese,he didn’t put my lettuce, & tomato on it, & decided to argue on the phone about it, several times, he don’t listen to the customer at all, cuz I ordered BLT, THAT MEANS BACON, LETTUCE, TOMATO, NOT JUST BACON, I Should be entitled to another footlong, but no, he wouldn’t do it, it was his fault, I won’t go back, that’s for sure !!!!!

Every time I come here it’s clean, the staff is apparent and pleasant and even when the lobby is full they push through showing no signs of negative feelings. The team here is great and I hope they get the appreciation they deserve from their bosses. ☺️

I don’t know why they can’t manage to follow instructions for an online order. Seems like they just make whatever sandwich they want and send it out the door. Used to order here all the time, I guess that’s done. Every restaurant in this county is horrible so why wouldn’t this one follow that same trend?

Had the lady who dressed my subs also been the one who helped with bread options this would no doubt be a five star review.
But I hadn’t been to subway in several years. I was greeted by the most hateful employee. Having not been in a while I had questions and I apologized. She was annoyed at me rolled her eyes at me. I honestly felt like a nervous wreck ordering a sandwich. The customers behind me were even saying for her to give me just a minute. I’m used to a lot of stress, I have a high stress job. But, ordering a subway club shouldn’t be so complicated. However, with such kindness the next employee stepped up and treated me so kind. In a world full of craziness show kindness. It matters.
