Unfortunately this place has gone WAY downhill. Went December 2025. Starting off the salsa, which used to be good, is now way too salty and simply is bad. My wife and Mother in Law both had the Chicken soup which again USED TO BE good and now was WAY too salty and indeed neither could eat it. The refried beans were WAY too runny and almost like soup. My jumbo margarita was like the medium or large of old. Finally the bill was $140 with tip for 3 people. Outrageous. WAY too many other Mexican options around for this garbage. At least huge chain El Rancho Grande has lots of price specials and is consistent.

Our favorite Mexican place anytime we’re visiting home! The staff members make you feel so welcome. And the food is always good.
We went with a group of 20 to celebrate a few birthdays & they went out of their way to celebrate us! Extra large sombreros, sparklers, drums, and of course, tequila shots!

Ummm… Wow. I asked the waiter for a recommendation, and boy did he nail it. The Jalisco Burrito was completely decadent, and huge. Between that yummy first dinner and free refills on horchata, I came back a few nights later, and the carnitas dinner was also amazing. HUGE portions of yummy food (totally enough for two) and friendly, attentive staff. There are a zillion options in the menu and frankly most of them look amazing. I’ll be back the next time I’m in town.

This used to be our favorite Mexican spot. They’ve raised their prices and their service is terrible. They’re understaffed with no desire to get more help so expect to wait at every step, especially during peak times. Our recent experience was picking up takeout which was very disappointing. My burrito was half the size it would be when dining in, yet cost the same. It was $40 for two dinners. Won’t be coming back, especially with El Rancho Grande moving in right next door.

My first time here, and I love it! It’s right up the street. I can’t believe I’ve lived in Milford for almost four years, and never eaten here. It was my son’s birthday, and for dinner, he wanted chicken tacos. All he likes on his taco is chicken and cheese, and they mastered that beautifully (you wouldn’t believe how hard that order seems to be elsewhere)
The rest of us loved our more interesting orders.
Angel was our server, and he was just a delight. Attentive, but not overbearing.
The atmosphere is top notch, but not over stimulating. Granted, we came in on a slow day, but I loved that the music was quietly playing in the background, not blaring loudly like so many other Mexican restaurants. It’s a silly thing to say, but even their tables and chairs are gorgeous.

Food was fresh and delicious! Waiter was very good. I liked the look of the restaurant. We didn’t have cocktails but we saw other guests cocktails and they were made very nice ND looked refreshing

Chori Pollo was fantastic. Burrito had a weird sauce that wasn’t great. The Taco shells were terrible. So it’s hit or miss overall. But if you order the right thing it’s great so give it a try.

I visited Dos Amigos today with high expectations based on my previous experience, but I was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a lunch burrito bowl with veggies, clearly stating that I am allergic to chicken, yet there was a piece of chicken in the bowl, which is completely unacceptable. The mango cheesecake was another letdown—it looked nothing like the image advertised and was more like a hard cube of thick cheese rather than an actual cheesecake (photo attached). When I brought up these issues to the staff member who served us, he simply smiled and said nothing, which was both unprofessional and frustrating. This experience was unsafe and unsatisfactory, and I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

It was pretty good. The best part was the serving sizes. When we ordered those fajitas for 2, it was literally enough for 4 or 5 ppl. So it’s kind of shocking when they bring it out and they only bring you 3 or 4 tiny little tortilla shells to go with it. Lol It’s seriously like a giant pile of meat.
