The employees at this burger king location have got to be the hardest working nicest people I’ve ever come across in a very long time. If I owned this franchise (assuming it is a franchise) I would instantly pay the employees i met today double, and hire a couple more. I cant comment on other people’s experiences, but I know this team is working hard. I watched them handle their business, and I appreciate the hustle.

Very disappointed. I went to the drive thru and asked if I could use more than one coupon and was told yes. I started to order and was told I had to come inside to order. I’m recovering from a hip replacement, so this was an inconvenience due to mobility. I went in as asked. My total order, even with the coupons was $34. I was not given a receipt. I had to make 2 trips to the car (hence wanting to use the drive thru). The fries were cold, the rest of the food was tolerable, but I was shorted 1 Whopper Jr. There was only 1 person working the counter and she had a sarcastic demeanor. I asked for a drink tray since I had 3 large cokes and she all but threw it at me. I used to be a BK fan, but not so much now. I’ll definitely not go to the BK on Spencerport Rd. It’s funny…the store wasn’t busy but McDonalds across the street was slamming. For $34 I could have gotten a sheet pizza or some better chicken sandwiches from KFC. Live and learn.

The absolute rudest staff working that speaker box. Teach your employees how to do some simple math, because I’m not about to sit there and have somebody try to overcharge me while simultaneously talking down to me when telling them I don’t want something if it’s going to cost more than they told me. Bogo does not mean full price for both. And the little attitude was uncalled for. I could see why this place has such a low star rating. The actual clowns are you guys.

This is by far the worst Burger King location I’ve been to. I don’t eat fast food frequently but I’m not going back here again. Since they’ve opened I have never had a single good meal from them. They always get something wrong. But on my latest visit they managed to get literally every part of my meal wrong. Truly impressive commitment to mediocrity! I will give a shoutout to the women at the window who did a great job with the service. If only those in The kitchen knew what they were doing.

I used to go to this burger king every morning to order a coffee and hash browns. I have gone there over 40 different times and every time they tell me I have to drive around front to wait for my order. I was told by a person who worked there that they do this to keep their order handle time down. To them, it is more important for their order handle timer to read a low number than you arriving at work on time. Today I refused to drive around front and the manager got hostile with me telling me it was because they wanted to give me fresh hashbrowns. Sometimes I would go around and they would end up walking out with hashbrowns 2 min later. Last I checked… it takes longer than 2 min to cook hashbrowns. They just force everyone to drive around front to game their order handle time timer. I know this for a fact because the girl who told me to drive around told me that the reason they asked me to do it is because they are on a timer. Another bit of helpful advice to the manager of this location, if an order will require that a customer drives out front to wait, tell them before you take their money. This morning when I said I didn’t want to wait and you should just refund my card… you didn’t really have an answer for that one. Because the customer should come first, not you trying to cook the numbers on your order handle timer.

Their concept of customer service is completely opposite to what it should be, you should be worried about reducing the amount of time we have to wait and not the amount of time your reporting system indicates how long it takes for you to complete an order. Now I know why their drive thru is always empty and McDonalds drive thru line is out to the street when they are right across the street

I used the drive through was on the outside loop and was left unattended as there had been multiple people come after me go to the inner loop and get service then trying to get my order through was a difficult even tho it was only 3 sandwiches off the menu and I get to the drive through windows and they forgot my order and had to reput it in , then when I finally got my order the left 1 item out and he’d to go in I was not the only person either another woman got her order and then they forgot all her apple juices and didn’t put any of the burgers she ordered 8n the bag this is why no one uses this location and goes to McDonald’s and taco bell instead ,these are simple tasks that are mad to seem like impossible ones
