I ordered a medium pizza from this Pizza Hut and it was the worse Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had. It was thin, dry AS HELL and over done. The wings on the other hand were pretty good but that pizza was HORRIBLE.

I went to pick up my first and last Crafted Flatzz. The old lady working there saw me waiting and did not even care to come help me. After a few minutes she came and was so rude, just said wait! The pizza was horrible too, very cheap looking and taste. The store was very old and dirty.

The pizza is dry and not as good as other Pizza Huts. They gave us overcooked cheese stick that my wife and I refused to eat. Ordered wings that were not hot, I live 1.4 miles away. My wife and I were actually appalled they gave us this food. I ordered pizza from them before and it was lackluster. Cafeteria food.

I went to the Autozone the day before and all I could smell was PIZZA, Pizza Hut’s pizza and I decided to be strong and not give into “pizza” and eat something healthier that day so I left and did not order Myself a pizza.
Well, I ended up giving in last night and drove by so many other pizza places BUT, the feeling and craving I had for pizza HAD TO BE from this particular Pizza Hut so I called in and ordered The Big New Yorker Pizza for pick up. I am 100% completely and overly excited to write this review because the pizza was as delicious as the associate was pleasant and her demeanor was above and beyond anything I’ve experienced as a consumer recently.
I wish I had asked her name but I definitely would like her to be recognized for her outstanding customer service as well as her touch in making our pizza the best we’ve had from any Pizza Hut ever!
Overall great experience and I hope that this particular employee is recognized for her dedication to Pizza Hut’s consumers, thank you.

This is the WORST Pizza Hut EVER! They pour sweet and sour sauce over the boneless wings and call it buffalo. The pizza was so dry and crunchy you think you were eating toast instead. It’s dirty and those working the counter actually hate their jobs because they act as if they don’t want to be bothered and you know what? I will not be frequenting this location ever again. Worth the drive to go to the Cypress location.

Pizza had no sauce, pepperoni looked old and dry. The boneless wings had very little sauce on them. Seems like this location is penny pinching their customers, I’d recommend to find a different location to get your food from. I won’t be going back to this one.

Wish I could give 0 stars…Called and placed and order over an hour ago. They said it would be about 35-45 minutes. An hr passed so called to check the status. The order wasn’t even put into the system. So we tried to get the order placed and the girl on the phone was rude as heck. Kept acting like she didnt hear what the order was. My familys been coming to this pizza hut for about 20 years. To receive this kind of service is absolutely ridiculous and we will make sure to NEVER order from here again due to this stupidity and negligence…

Ordered pizza for takeout. It was late and my girlfriend had to use the restroom. We understood that there was only an employee restroom but we tried to ask anyway. We would have been okay if we were told no. Instead the male manager told her to “just go in the alley around back” that is beyond unprofessional, and gross if you ask me.
