Been eating here once week since October 2024. Do my laundry next door. I get the same thing every week, loaded tamale, now today I was informed that I can’t add my extra chicken in the sides…
So I just asked since when, yes she was new, but the person who runs it was in the background, heard everything, never stepped in. So I’ll take my business to Hardee’s next door while I do laundry. Then my loaded tamale looked like this.. I was just like what did I just spend $8 on? This container was always filled.

After placing an order, we had multiple items and sauces added or removed, and when attempting to contact them, they refused to answer.

They have 3 locations, when ordering over the phone I was not told what location it was at nor at the time was I aware they had more than one location I called the one that was closest to me at the time from Google maps and placed an order. Went to to location and was told that they don’t take phone orders that my food was at a different location 20 minutes away from me in the opposite direction of the way I was going home. I was then told that if I wanted to order any food at that location, I would be charged double and pay for an order I never received or picked up. When I did drive over and pick it up, the food was nearly inedible. Was not worth what I paid for it or my time wasted driving to go get it.
