I’m not from around the area but I always visit a Starbucks wherever I am and I’ve never written a review before but my experience at this Starbucks inspired me to write one. This was hands down one of the best Starbucks I’ve visited. The date is 10/19/25 around 12:20pm- 12:30pm. My drink took a while to be made but they were very busy and despite being busy all the baristas were greeting guests and in good spirits which was a breath of fresh air. The barista on register was great with the customers, very friendly although in general a very friendly staff. The barista on bar was not only working on bar but she even checked up on me to ask what my name was and what I was waiting for (I ordered ahead through the app), which I really appreciated someone checking in. The floor seemed to be running incredibly smoothly and efficiently. The lobby was so nice and clean every guest was definitely being acknowledged. This Starbucks sets the bar for every Starbucks I visit moving forward. The team here is really killing it. Thanks for making my experience pleasant. 🙂

Very slow in the drive thru, especially if it’s busy. If you come, you’re going to wait up to a 1/2 hour. I waited to post to see if it was the pattern, sure enough it was. This is often why I don’t stop.
Drinks are always good, excellent workers. Prices are average.
I recommend going inside to order. Very nice in there.

I’ve always ordered the Iced White Mocha & stopped going because now the drinks are watered down or don’t fill the cup. I even switched to different drinks. The cold foam takes up 1/4 of the cup which never used to be the case. Watch them make your drinks, less and less, especially iced drinks. More ice, milk or cover the rest of empty cup with whipped cream or cold foam to cover that 3/4 of your drink is missing. Not worth it anymore, more money for less product.

I stopped by Starbucks for my usual coffee fix, but the experience was frustratingly slow. The line took forever to move, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I get that it can get busy, but the wait was much longer than it should have been—especially when other coffee shops handle rush hours more efficiently.
My drink was just okay when it finally arrived, but the sluggish service really ruined the visit. Starbucks usually has decent quality, but this location needs to work on speed and customer flow. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Standard Starbucks but lots of extra space and seating. Staff are very nice and the lines go quite quickly.

I noticed my drink was more watered down than normal. It was taken back in to be remade, the Barista basically called me a liar when I said it wasn’t made right. I asked for it to be remade and she took my drink, same cup I sipped out of, and put it in a shaker with more berries and gave me the same drink. One, is my $6+ drink not important enough to actually be remade? And for another, is that not a cross contamination issue? How many other drinks have they put in shakers that people have sipped out of and “remade” this way? This is just one issue, there are constant drink & service issues at this location.

This Starbucks is beautiful inside, and the staff are friendly, but so help me if they’re not the slowest Starbucks in the country. We came in at 7pm on a Friday, and ordered two hot holiday coffees. They were moderately busy, no long drive through line outside, and maybe 10-15 customers in the store (about half of which were waiting on drinks). They appeared to be decently staffed too, with no less than 5 employees behind the counter, another who went on break, and possibly a manager doing an interview in the customer seating area.
We were behind 1 person who ordered about 5 cold drinks, but somehow, it took over 20 minutes from order to Venti Caramel Brûlée Latte. The drinks only seemed to start coming after the solo barista called for help about 15 minutes into our wait. Why it took so long to call for help, or to bail the guy out, I’ll never know, but it wasn’t a great experience. Worst of all, not even an apology about the wait when getting the drinks.
The drinks were at least made correctly, but in the middle of an 8 hour drive, adding 20 minutes for coffee wasn’t really my expected outcome from visiting a Starbucks. If you’re in a rush, this appears to not be the place to go expecting fast service (as many other reviewers have pointed out).
