As I promised, I used our credit to order again and this time I was pleasantly surprised. They made our order exactly how we ordered it and made sure we had everything we needed. I hope this is a step in the right direction. Thank you Marcos for making it right!

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight and this Marcos doesn’t seem to be able to follow directions. I ordered one with extra cheese, both well done, both with Parmesan crust, and both with garlic sauce dipping cups. The pizza didn’t look like it had an extra cheese. Both were not well done, nor did either have Parmesan crust and neither had the garlic sauce dipping cups. I stop ordering from here about a year ago because they could get orders correct. I thought I would try again but it still seems they haven’t changed.

I set an order for future pickup thinking I selected today, the 30th.
Well I actually selected the 31st!
I walked in, let them know my mistake and they sorted it out ASAP! I hardly had to wait 5 mins and I had my hot free pizza in my hands!

ordered at 4:30. email said estimated time of arrival was 5:01. it’s 5:20 and there’s no trace of my delivery. kinda disappointing, the pizza is good, but at what cost? does tipping the delivery driver more than 20% make them come on time?

I called to verify my medium pizza size as it looked very small. One of the slices was only about 3 bites!! He said they are 12″. Well, this wasn’t so. It looks like some kind of inflationary down-sizing. I like their ingredients but I won’t pay the medium price for this in the future. I will go somewhere else for pizza or eat something else

I have ordered from this place multiple time where I would pick my food up I order a cheese bread from this place for delivery and got plain bread no cheese nothing but bread and ranch I called to speak with someone name heaven she was very unprofessional and rude I even called before they made the food to make sure it was made correct and she assured me that it would be once my order arrived I called the store back she was very disrespectful if I could rate this place a 0 I would do NOT eat at this location

I’ll just pick food up or not order from again. Why would I pay charges when there not even the one delivering items dosent make sense well it dose on there end. Not paying to deal with 3rd parties.

We ordered delivery & we live 3 streets over. It took over an hour & when we got our pizza it was cold & one of the pizzas had no sauce on it plus a few slices literally had no toppings. No cheese, no bacon. It was just puffed up dough. I always loved Marcos & I hope this was just a fluke because this really ruined our dinner tonight

Food is usually very good. Although Last night, the pizza crust was flimsy? We had to use a fork. Wasn’t coked thoroughly. We also ordered light sauce but was extra heavy.
