I ordered two strawberry shakes, 40+ minutes later I finally got them. There was about 5 other people waiting on shakes who were ahead of me, the worker making the shakes kept saying he was making them but was moving in slow motion. I am incredibly disappointed. Once I got my shake it was only half full. And I didn’t want to wait another 40+ minutes to get more, what I payed for. Workers were rude anytime someone went to ask about shakes, there was a mess on one of the restaurants tables. Overall I would never order a shake or give them my business ever again. Potbelly, figure it out.

Food – your order will be wrong even if you don’t customize a regular sandwich. (How do you forget sweet heat on the sweat heat pork sandwich 3 times)
Service – No customers and still not make your order on time for Pick Up. Been here more than 40 times and I can say they will never get to your pickup until you arrive. (Blaming the line that doesnt exist and pickup comes first not the line… especially 30 minutes later after ordering and 15 minutes after your company says it should be complete)
Atmospher – No smiles from the employees. Depressed environment.

My husband and I enjoyed our “Wreck” sandwiches at Potbelly’s today! I like how the sandwiches are toasted, have fresh toppings, and are made to order in front of you! We have bought sandwiches at the EP Center location probably a dozen times and they have been consistently good. I strongly recommend downloading the Potbelly app which offers frequent specials. Today, National Sandwich Day, Potbelly had a BOGO deal through their app, so we received one of our sandwiches for free!

I was having quite a day with my little one. Came in and on top of that was having a number of issues with my rewards app. Seemed like my points got deleted off of the app. The manager came out and helped straighten everything out for me right away! Great service. She was extremely helpful!

Employees here are consistently rude, unfriendly, and lacking in even basic customer service. They don’t want you to sit in their restaurant and always have the tables blocked off by crap so you don’t sit down. Do better!

Employees here need a serious attitude adjustment. A customer in front of me politely asked, “Do you have Cheddar cheese?” The employee snapped back with, “If it’s on the menu, we have it.” That kind of rude, dismissive response is unacceptable in customer service. It wasn’t just one interaction either, the general vibe from the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. If you’re going to run a place that depends on regular customers, basic courtesy and professionalism should be the standard.

Came in for a lunch today with my 4 year old. The manager who was taking orders said something to the effect of “I can obviously see you have a little one on the way”. I most certainly am not pregnant. I have lost 75 pounds this year. I was feeling great about my body today until this happened.

I went to this Potbelly today. The lady at the counter was rude. When I was paying for the sandwich and drinks I wanted an empty cup. I wanted to ask the lady at the register if I could take an empty cup. But she walked away for a second . So I asked to this guy who was putting toppings on the sandwich. He was polite but this rude women yelled at me across the room to cut the attitude and can’t I see she was busy. Totally inappropriate and disrespectful behavior towards any customer. The other lady at the register came back , apologized for the rude behavior of this girl and offered me a free cookie I refused the cookie and then another employee apologized too on their rude workers behalf. But not a word from this worker and she was not talked to. So two older employees apologized for her but that employee just stood there. I’ll never go back to this pot belly. Plenty of options in the food court

5-25-25 at 2:30pm ordered a soup and sandwich combo. Not a single employee who I spoke with could have cared less about helping me. The soup was cold, the sandwich was oily and soaked into the bread making it soggy, and the soda was flat. Whilst paying, the guy said the total, and literally walked away as I was paying. No have a good day, not even waiting for my payment to go through, just literally walked away. I’ll never go back to this location. $15 worth of food that I took a few bites of and threw away.
