Not my usual review for a corporate coffee chain that everyone knows about, but the Chinatown location is interesting enough to mention. Catering possible Metro bus commuters just adjacent to DTLA and maybe to some of the residents in Chinatown, this location is small and often overlooked for a quiet place for coffee and maybe a break. Tables are few, but most hours are rather light with patrons. Parking is also easily found inside the Jia Apartments with the entrance north along Broadway closer to Ord Street. If the parking arm is down, SB will validate two hours.

You know? I like the fact that this place actually has Dark Roast Coffee. Can’t believe the number of other Starbucks that don’t have it, or only give you a pour-over, which takes much longer, and it takes one person out of the cash registrar, and then holds up all the other customers. But not this place! Service is pretty quick. Lots of people inside, so it’s a testament to how popular this place is. Honestly for a small space, it packs in a crowd but it doesn’t feel cramped at all. Nice spot!

Great vibe, employees are really nice, cafe is really clean. I love the art and the community vibe. I walked here, but there is a few metered parking spots across the street. Best to come by foot or bike. Would come again.

The
The date is 10 1025 I arrive at 5:36. It’s only two officers in front of me and one gentleman as I’m in line 10 officers arrive behind me and only three had mobile orders why did not leave Starbucks until 610 and all the officers already got their coffee and they’re danishes my danish. She’s been sitting there. They never said my name. She put my sticker on my cup and set my cup to the side. I have to be at work just like how do you have to be at work? That’s why I’m here this early in the morning then I walk up and say where is my order with my name she said I’m working on it. She made two more officers drinks before mine. service is horrible my danishes was not warmed up. I’m irritated and I was late for work. Horrible horrible horrible horrible the place was crowded and they’re moving like there’s no care in the world they’re moving so slow I get it. It’s early in the morning, but if you don’t wanna work the early shift or you can’t work early shift then do not work it. This was a real hinder of my life. I just got a ride up because I was a police officer seem like I’m giving it a no star because it doesn’t deserve one. Why am I getting frozen danishes? Why is it cold? Like why is the middle still frozen? And I was the only black person three officers asked me you still haven’t got your order yet what a coffee in a hand

One of the few places in Chinatown with Wi-Fi and good air conditioning. Obviously not in keeping with the area but still a good facility to have on hand and the actual Cafe is white interesting, open planned, concrete floors 1 like an old warehouse.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Starbucks in Chinatown, Los Angeles, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. On this visit, I decided to order the Mint Majesty hot tea, and I must say, it was a true delight for the senses. As soon as the steaming cup was handed to me, I was captivated by the invigorating aroma of fresh mint that filled the air.

The tea itself was brewed to perfection – it had just the right balance of minty goodness and warmth, making it the ideal companion for a chilly day or whenever you need a soothing pick-me-up. What stood out to me was the attention to detail in the preparation of the tea, as it was steeped to release its full flavor potential.

The service at this Starbucks location is impeccable. The baristas were not only quick but also incredibly friendly. They took the time to ensure my order was just as I wanted it. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome when you walk in, and the staff here truly excels in that regard.

The ambiance of this Starbucks is unique and charming. Nestled in the heart of Chinatown, it offers a blend of cultural diversity and modern comfort. The decor is a harmonious fusion of traditional and contemporary elements, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy your beverage while soaking in the vibrant surroundings of Chinatown.

One of the things I absolutely love about this Starbucks is its extensive menu. Whether you’re a coffee aficionado, a tea lover, or in the mood for a delectable pastry, they have you covered. The variety of options ensures that there’s something for everyone, making it an ideal spot for catching up with friends or just having some ‘me time.’

In conclusion, I can’t recommend this Starbucks in Chinatown enough. It’s not just a coffee shop; it’s an experience. From the exquisite Mint Majesty hot tea to the friendly staff, and the wonderful atmosphere, this place truly has it all. It’s a must-visit for anyone exploring Chinatown or simply seeking a tranquil and culturally rich setting to enjoy their favorite beverage. I’m looking forward to my next visit, and I’m confident you will too!

Very dirty….like very dirty. I ordered a caramel frappucino in coconut milk…and it was just water and the flavor pump, which tasted like it was the left over water from washing the previous blender with crushed ice. And I paid full price for it and I even gave a tip. Such a waste of money, and I hope I don’t die from dysentery….

The employees were being racist towards my boyfriend thinking he is homeless he walked in with me and my Mom. He wanted to use the restroom he waited one employee asked him if he is waiting for a drink he said no I’m going to use the restroom she said did you buy anything he said I walked in with those two ladies they are buying drinks stop talking to me focus on the homeless front of you. I wasn’t aware of this but I did see how they were looking at him it pissed me off. I’m very disappointed and disgusted
