The food, service, and atmosphere were all very good. It’s a new place that just opened, so there are still a few things to work on—for example, having napkin dispensers on the tables would be helpful. I really appreciate that the owner is open to feedback and genuinely wants to improve. It’s also nice to see him actively posting updates on Facebook and engaging with the community. I just wish we could afford to eat there more often!

Docking a star because you MUST use Facebook to view their daily menu before arriving, and the facebook page is becoming littered tacky AI advertising.
The charm of a small business is the quaint advertising of a quick picture of a cute menu, and the occasional commissioned artwork showing mutual support of fellow small businesses.
This reeks of the loss of the dignity and integrity that has fostered the local economy of small Tennessee businesses for generations. The real pictures of your menus and food served you just fine. If you cannot improve the quality of your advertising through your OWN efforts, perhaps stick to what you do best- good food.

The food was okay. The country fried steak tasted awful and sketchy. The Mac and cheese was super yummy. The mash potatoes were to chunky for me ♀️

Got take way the first week opened. Very disappointed in fried chicken. Was in the mood for some vegetables today. Thought I would give them another try. Even more disappointed eating at restaurant today. Got there just before 11. Table of 6 already ordered waiting on food. Placed my order and waited over 25 minutes for fried pork chop, green beans , turnip greens, and mac-n-cheese. Vegetables where straight out of the can and little or no seasoning. Pork chop went straight from grease to plate. It was soaking. All of this for 18.50. It’s a shame because Greenbrier is begging for a decent plate lunch spot. When I left, restaurant was almost full. For me, I will drive the extra 15 minutes to Liz’s in Goodlettsville. Always a great place. No more Tim’s.
