I was a walk in on Monday 22nd around 12:15 and the greaters at the door were polite and courteous, and the gentleman even held the door for me. Crystal at the counter was awesome. I needed an extra Sweet Potato Souffle’ for Christmas Dinner. She even recognized my veteran status! A+ overall service.

The food is good, but the speed of service is horrible. I’ve only been here twice for a simple turkey and cheese sandwich and both times it took over 20 minutes for me to get my sandwich and it’s just a sandwich not even the meal. Ridiculous

The customer service here is fantastic! I made the mistake of ordering a frozen turkey instead of a fully cooked one and almost ruined Friendsgiving. Thankfully we called the store and April took care of it quickly and easily! She was incredibly kind and substituted the frozen turkey for a cooked one. Will definitely be shopping here in the future!

I had a wonderful experience at Honey Baked Ham thanks to a young lady named Kahleia! She took the time to make my sandwich with so much care and love — you could truly tell she enjoys what she does. She was very professional, friendly, and thoughtful. I even saw her take a man’s food out to his car because he was handicapped — that really touched my heart.

Really enjoyed the catered lunch. The turkey sandwich was delicious as it included turkey, bacon,cheese, lettuce, red onions, and ranch dressing. The box also had a cookie and a bag of chips.

Honey Baked Ham is ALWAYS the best answer! The food is fresh and delicious, delivered on time, and has a great presentation. The staff is professional, friendly, responsive and reliable.
For example, I had an important meeting and expected about 8 people. I ordered for 10, but approximately 15 showed up! Lunch was due to start in 15 minutes and I was in a pickle! I called Honey Baked Ham to quickly get additional food and they accommodated me without issue. I flew over to the store, picked up the extras and made it back with five minutes to spare! I am truly grateful!

Just bought a sandwich here and to my surprise I found a dead fly on my pickle…. Not surprised because the three people working there today didn’t seem like they were there to work. The place was unkept and I should’ve known from that alone that my meal would be terrible.
The sweet tea was out and they didn’t have any plans on filling it…I won’t ever return to this establishment. Disgusting.

Ordered lunch for 11 people online to pick up the next day. The store never got my order so the food was not ready when I got there. The manager never apologized or try to make it right. They still charged my credit card when we asked the manager to void the order. Never coming back to this place

The lights weren’t on, the light up sign on the window wasn’t on, couldn’t tell if the store was open at 3pm on a Saturday . The 2 employees were very low energy. The floor to the bathroom was sticky. The food was good! So that’s what’s important.
