I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. I ordered two small breakfast meals. They asked me to pull to parking spot #3. My credit card was charged at 10:05 am PST. They brought it to me at 10:16 am. I didn’t pre-order. I went through the drive through like normal. Why would it take 11 minutes for such a small order, all while so many cars behind me were getting their orders just fine? McDonald’s has sub food to begin with. Now they can’t even be fast. Poor experience.

This is the closest location to my home so my teen boys eat here often. Never had a problem till about 2 weeks ago. First there was a few items missing. Second time almost forgot the Mac double good thing I checked. Third which is today messed up my 5 dollar Mac chicken meal. Wait times are becoming long and forget about ordering curbside only perk is the points because food will not come out any sooner.

Didn’t wait long. It’s always a fast and friendly experience at this location. Good Wifi too.
They also honor the hours displayed. Their lobby is open until 11 pm. If I have a Doordash order instructing me to pick up inside before 11 pm, I know I can trust the instructions. In many other locations I get out of my car only to find the doors locked before the posted hours.

They gave my food to another driver then made me wait without telling me it was going to be 20+ minutes sitting at the second window. Literally 15 cars have come behind me and all received their orders and have now left. I am still waiting for 2 McMuffins after 20+ minutes. I should not have to pay for food that makes me late for work even though I’m literally 10 minutes from work and left 45 minutes before hand. This is ridiculous. I will never come to MacDonalds again. I already cut them out of my lunch menu life. Now I’m going to cut them out completely. I’m done paying high prices for bad food that is never fast.

I asked for a plain cheese burger and got this. Like are you kidding me right now. Try to treat my daughter after having an absolutely great conference at school. Great way to end our night. Not to mention the workers are just rude. I’m so done with the nasty establishment!

Waited over 25 minutes after paying for 2 happy meals and a large fry being only customers shouldn’t take too long but I just stood there until I finally asked to cancel my order and manager who was same lady who took my payment earlier said it’s circumstance whatever that meant she had one lady working and 5 doing nothing. She absolutely didn’t care how long it took and gave a take it or leave it attitude since it didn’t even appear my order was being worked on still I chose leave it and it’s sad I work a block away but this managers attitude towards me saying the time was very long to wait my family and I will not be returning.

Normally stuff good here for a McDonald’s but for the past 3 weeks their coffee is horrible all of them they’re obviously stretching it and putting too much water and milk I ask for less cream then typical in my iced coffee today cuz i finally had they nerve to say something about the iced cream with a splash of coffee they been giving me and when i did the drive thru girl claimed they don’t use cream in the ice coffees wich is bs if it’s not cream then what the hell your putting in I just didn’t get coffee and went next door to Starbucks and went bankrupt for a cup of joe

I know the management and the owners of the McDonald’s here. Don’t care about customer service or if customers are unhappy.
I ordered sugar-free iced vanilla coffees with light ice. I got black iced coffee. No cream, no flavoring. Usually it is not enough cream or too much cream. This is ridiculous.
Big waste of money. I can’t even drink them cuz their coffee is so strong. I will definitely stop going to McDonald’s the coffee’s not that hard and they can’t hardly ever get it right.
