AWESOME little pizza place! We’ve been searching for good, non-chain pizza in our area and now we’ve found it. Cheese sticks and pizza were perfect – lots of wonderfully melted cheese on both, and the crust is a perfect hybrid of thin and pan. Toppings were very tasty, and the house made marinara was great, too. Top it off with friendly, timely service and we’ve got our new go-to pizza joint!

Second time I’ve been there. Pizza was ok. If it was barely done & I mean 30 seconds less and center would be raw. The sausage used are tiny crumbles , very inexpensive & too little sauce was used. It took 30-45min for a 10-15min pizza order & only one other couple was in there & there was just one pickup of sandwiches also! Matter of fact, the couple came in close to 15min after me & was well into their meals when I finally turned and looked at the girl at the desk. She even knew at that moment she forgot something. Something happened the first time I was there. Lastly within 7 min pizza was ice cold, wasn’t hot when I got it. What a shame, they’re close to me

I have seen several small-town pizza parlors that serve great pizza close their doors due to a loss of local support. Having too many random items on the menu causes chaos in the kitchen, disrupts the smooth workflow, and overwhelms employees, making it difficult to keep up with call-in orders. Consequently, you have disgruntled country bumpkins spreading hate about The PIZZA House because their stupid fish sandwich wasn’t served in a timely manner.

That being said, my dining companion and I were the only two people dining-in in the restaurant, and it took 30 minutes for our two pizzas to come out. However, the waitresses were friendly and one apologized for the wait.
After asking the young lady who served us, she informed us both the dough and sauce are made in-house. The sauce is a flavorful, smooth purée that has a sweet taste with a hint of tanginess.

Many of the veggie toppings weren’t fresh but instead came from a can. Nonetheless, the toppings were generously portioned and evenly spread. The crust was thoroughly cooked to perfection in an electric oven.

The restaurant exuded a classic pizza parlor ambiance. Both the dining area and the restrooms were meticulously clean. I also greatly respect the owners’ proud display of their Christian values.

It’s a bit pricey but If The Pizza House continues surviving the crisis of a bloated menu, I would happily dine there again in the future if traveling through the area.

First time here and I got cheese sticks and mild buffalo wings as an appetizer. Wings were amazing, then the cheese sticks came out and it was the size of a small pizza. And my jumbo pizza. By far the best pizza ever.

If you’re camping at blue heron campground, call in a pick up order when you get off the highway, cell service is spotty after that! Pizza was great, quality ingredients. I’ll definitely get this when I’m in town again.

This is a good place for a quick stop for a bite to eat for cheap. Parking is questionable to say the the least, I wouldn’t bring a caravan cars if you want to eat with a group. Seating is in plenty but tightly packed together. I ordered the $4 spaghetti and for $4 you get a small bowl of spaghetti and 2 garlic bread pieces. While the spaghetti tated good it was drowned in sauce, looked more like a stew rather than a spaghetti, however you can avoid this by ordering it to go. Overall pretty decent place considering there are no options here McCreary County as far as eating goes.

This place is a cute little pizza joint off the side of the road. The pizzas are really cheesy which I like but unfortunately this comes with a lot of grease that soaks through the box. In my experience in the past this is usually a quick option for me but have noticed they do cut corners when needed.

Friendly staff, good food, good prices! The jumbo pizza is definitely jumbo. The pizza house was recommended to us by their neighbors at Napa and it didn’t disappoint!

This was my first experience here, I paid almost 19 dollars for a large supreme pizza and it was quite terrible. We also ordered a small veggie pizza, it too was quite terrible. Hardly any toppings and just poorly done. The wings were priced well but not much to go on about.. we did get chicken strips and they were the best I’ve ever had…but..they tasted as though they were cooked in the same oil as fish..I have no complaints on that but the others did. Just not a good experience at all. Not sure I will take the time to try it again.
